I go to this BK often on my way to work and they are courteous and pretty fast. This morning I drove through early to get my lunch (they serve hamburgers at breakfast time). I ordered a Whopper Jr., fries and a Coke. When I opened my lunch, it turned out to be someone elses breakfast order. Unhappy, I called to let them know. They were very apologetic and offered to replace my order on my next visit and throw in a pie as well. Yes, it was inconvenient, but everyone makes a mistake. I will go back because they resolved the issue graciously.

Why? Why is it so hard to get my order right? I come in there almost every day. Not once. Not twice, but Three times now Ive had to wait almost 30 minutes for my order and it be wrong. What is so hard about ONE bacon double cheese burger, add lettuce, add tomatoes and no pickles? Seriously? Do you people hate me that much? From now Im just going to go to the gas station next door. Cant mess up my food order over there.

One of the WORST Burger Kings.. it is a non stop rotating crew of new teenagers who are lazy and or rude. They mess up the order 75% of the time and the food is usually cold or burnt. I love BK and was so excited to finally live by one, but now I am just disappointed by most BKs... Especially this one. Whoever owns this BK sucks and needs help

Saw a staffer drink from a cup, pour the rest out and place the cup into the ice container without the use of a scoop. She literally placed the cup she has spit all over back into the general ice dispenser. Disgusting! Called the health department for sure! DO NOT GO HERE, if she did that where I could see what do they do when you cannot see?

Apparently, after 8 pm they only make chicken fresh to order. While I love and appreciate the idea, it would be nice if this was displayed on the window or told to the customer at the time of order. Not telling me until after I pay is a little shady.

I have never had any trouble out of this location at all and customer service is great! We are always grabbing stuff from this location because we use the Walgreens across the street every day. Love the Burger King app to use the coupons.
