Since the obvious management change this location has become a horrible experience 100% of the time. From extreme wait times (20+ minutes) to failing to have products (out of chicken fingers, cheese sticks and ice cream all on the same day), and horrible quality (cold food, sloppy food, and if you ask for condiments you get 1-3... 3 ketchup packets for 4 meals doesnt work). This used to be a great place to go, but as if late its been a complete waste of time and money. Its been over a month since Ive gone back and will continue to not return until I know things have been improved. Wishing there was a sonic in Franklin KY so there would be a good sonic to go to.

This place seriously needs to be shut down if its goin to be a sub par and poor excuse of a SONIC. Corp must look at it as the red headed step child of all the chains bcuz its Portland, that is sure as hell how they run this place. Went there tonight for half price shake after 8pm, ice cream machine was broken according to the waiter. Hmm, well thats the same thing i was told last week and the week before when i came here for a shake@ Same time, SMH. Well a Ice Cream joint that has a broken ice cream machine for Weeks is as good as a Cop without a gun or a Beach that doesnt have sand. Sad excuse for a Sonic

Horrible customer service. Idiotic children run the store. Its pretty obvious that there are no managers working while the high school kids are on the clock, because all they do is hang out with their friends outside and ignore the customers. Wait time is abysmal. If o could give this negative stats I would. This location is awful.

Twice i have ordered a cheeseburger and have had to send it back. The first time they returned with a hot hamburger that was edible. Today I came and receive cold meat stale bread... sent the sandwich back and received cold meat and stale bread. I am not coming to this restaurant anymore unless I want something cold and stale
