Great food! However, the folks there when I ordered cant speak English very well. I had trouble understanding what they were saying, and vice versa. Fortunately, my wife had written down the item numbers, names, and quantity for me. I just handed my list to the counter person and they typed in the order. I feel certain that without that list my order would have been a mess. I advise anyone ordering here to write down the item number and name of the dish and order in person. I believe they also accept online orders, so that might work as well.

This is my 2nd time receiving the wrong delivery order. Not only did I pay an online delivery fee I also tipped.. once I realized my order was incorrect I called and was told I couldnt get a refund but i could drive up return the wrong order for my new order...THAT DEFEATS THE PURPOSE OF ORDERING FOOD! they refused to come back and pick up the wrong order and replace it with my correct food. I just brought back the food only to be told they cant (wont) fix it the way I like. Its my last time spending my money there.

First time ordering here, I placed my order online of szechuan shrimp and chicken with garlic sauce. I went 20 minutes later to pick it up and waited another 30 minutes before it was ready. It was Friday so the order of shimp was important. When I got home I found two orders of some kind of chicken dishes (was not garlic sauce that I ever had before) I will say on a positive note that everything we ate was decent, we were just dissapointed on the service. Shrimp costs more than chicken so I overpaid as well.

This was the worst experience I have had. They messed up the order the first time. Then when we called back to get the rest of our order they said it would be 35 to 40 min. We called again when it had been almost an hour and we had yet to receive the rest of our original order. They then said it would be another 15 min. I asked for a manager and they werent helpful in any kind of way in which to fix my poor experience with there restaurant. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

Placed my order online and after an hour and 20 minutes I have yet to receive my order. I called after 30 minutes to ask about my order and was told only 15 more minutes. Half an hour later I called again and was told 10 more minutes. Completely unacceptable and when I asked what they were going to do to make this up to me he only offered to give me 2 sodas. Clearly I will never be ordering from this joke of a restaurant again and I advise other to do the same.

Worst experience at a Chinese restaraunt ever! Didnt get what I ordered, or what used to be what I ordered.... My soul has an after taste like a cleanser, and my husbands core mein was cooked cabbage with about two bites of beef. Got white rice instead of fried. Tried to explain while there that this is not what I wanted and all they could do was tell the child there what to say to argue with me.... $27 later and Im still hungry!

Hands down my favorite Chinese restaurant in Gallatin. Generous portions and low prices. Be aware that the food isnt cooked until you order. Its hot and fresh. If youre pressed for time, call ahead. The atmosphere may put some customers off, its very plain inside, but the food is worth it.

Got carry out 3 orders and it took 40 minutes and after that one order was wrong had to wait for corrected order and by then the others orders were warm.
