Customer Service not great actually kind of rude. There was a hair in my food and employee argued with me it wasnt a hair. Had to wait almost 10minutes for someone to take our order because everyone was "having a smoke break". Will be going to the one on John b Dennis or in colonial heights from now on. Food was good though after I got it without hair.

I always love hot dog hut since I was little. Yall folks dont know what yall are talking about saying bad stuff about it. But this place is good. I recommend going if you are coming through Kingsport. Also food is very low priced which is good.

These gals have been operating this place for I know about 30 years, and has the best service, food, and gets orders right the way you ask for it. Shame they dont just own it. I know Mike Locke would be proud of them.

This place is always good. I just wish that the place was a little bit bigger. The staff is always so busy it takes them a little to long to get the order together. But still one of the best hot dogs I have had.

The place is really small. There are only 3 tables and they are close together. Get it to go if you can. The food is a great value. Can eat for less they $5.
