4 PM a little busy but nothing a good manager coukd not handle. The cashier that was running front and window was so frustrated, and was actually delivering pizzas outside whike manager was doing nothing, not helping at window, not helping cook. The cashier up and walked out. The you have cooks walking around dumbfounded saying well I think I have already done it bit I dont know. It took 32 minutes to get "HOT &READYS". and again they were not too busy. They need a good strong manager who can direct his crew. When he sees they are frustrated and dont know what to do help them out. He finally came to help when he was to collect money out of register but nothing else. And then the food was cold the warmer wasnt on which made that 32 min wait even worse.

Horrible. Just like every other place in this wretched area absolutely unapologetically awful service. Drive thru was wrapped around the building and they had the parking lot full of people waiting on orders. I decided I would just place my order inside but the employees were quite happy to tell me that the inside was closed even though they had another hour to go. I asked why and they told me it was to "clean up" I asked if thats what they always did and they said yes I told them they needed to change their hours and that I was going elsewhere. They didnt care at all. This part of Nashville is hell on earth I SO regret blindly pulling off the highway to get a room here.

This spot has some of the worst customer service ever. The little girl working the drive thru today, named Shae, Shire, whoever she is, wants customers to park out front after placing his/her order and noone ever comes out. I went in after waiting 45 minutes and asked the guy at the counter " How long do I have to wait?" He calls the little girl at the drive thru window, she says I didnt see you out there. I dont know where you went. I said you told me to park out front and Ive been waiting the whole time. She gets smart and says WHATEVER.......thats not customer service to me. Thats straight up sloppiness. I will go to Pizza Hut from now on.

TERRIBLE!!!! But its the first time an hope its the last..went through the drive thru an my wife is a very friendly person.. the server brianna was not friendly at all and i think if your spoken to you should reply back as well but not her..we had to wait for pizza she brings it out doesnt say jack and of course my wife spoke up an said thank you an she dont say nothing...we came thru at 6.07pm on 11/30/2016 check number 510915. so the next time we see her there working we will not be eating there ill wait till she is off work at that time....so thanx for nothing!!!!!!!!!!!

The worst experience. Worst manager and rudely profound first time of my life I have never been treated as bad as I did there. Was yelled at cussed at and treated completely by far the worse in my life. I would never order there or eat there again. They did not cook the pizza all the way talk to like crap I give it no stars at all. Never again will I be treated so unprfoundly again. It was disrespectful unprofessional and really uncalled for by far.

There were 9 employees in the store last nite, Friday night, they werent very busy but due to the PARTY/shouting matches/ visiting with friends that came in/ and eating while taking orders, I waited for 20 minutes for an $8 box. When I got my food...it was wrong (ordered a pepperoni and bacon pizza, how hard is that) and I had to wait ANOTHER 20 minutes for my food to be prepared AGAIN... I will NEVER visit this location (at night) EVER AGAIN!!!!

This is the absolute worse pizza place Ive ever been too!!! Came in tonight to get a 5.00 pizza, two chicken wing orders, and cheese bread. It took 35 minutes! There were over 7 employees working at the time. We get the food and they forgot to cook the chicken which took another 8 minutes. When we get home this was found in our wings. Never again and best believe we are contacting health department.

I called in an order and when I get to this place 15 min later after they quoted me 10 min they didnt have my pizza in or my order or the price they quoted me. Then she said she will discount the pizza for me and end up taking off $3 of the price that was more than what the quoted me...now I was there for 45 min....this place is a dumpster fire in need of some leadership

A busy Thursday night, the worker at the window was fast and polite. We had to pull up and wait on our order to come out of the oven, which took at least ten to fifteen more minutes. However the wait was fine taking into account the dinner rush.
