Wife baby and I went in the first night of the NFL draft (4/21/16). Came in to a busy restaurant, no wait though, still about 5 or 6 tables left. We sat immediately and proceeded to wait 15 minutes before I got fed up and we decided to leave. No one ever said a word to us or acknowledged us. In our car leaving the parking lot we notice the manager and a waitress at the door pointing to us, she asked what was wrong and we explained. She offered to pay for our meal but I refused to give them the opportunity. She then asked if we would give her our address so she could send us some coupons, which I complied with. Over a month now and nothing from this manager, and I now refuse to visit this restaurant now. Also worthy of noting that the waitress that came outside with the manager was apparently supposed to tale care of our table, she passed us at least 5 times and never said anything to us. Dont waste your time and money with this place, go to Cool Springs Brewery if you want great wings and service.

The customer service was second to none. Being a manager of a local restaurant/brewery myself I understand things can get busy quickly and it is easy for the kitchen to become overwhelmed. I came in and ordered a togo order, and was given a reasonable time of 10 - 15 minutes. After 20 minutes. I was told the kitchen is behind and it would be an additional 10 minutes. Being on a short break from work. I simply did not have time to wait. I expressed that I would attempt to return in about 20 minutes. Unfortunately that was not the case. Upon calling and speaking to a manager. "Chris Keith" he not only offered to buy my meal, but also hand delivered it to me. Which I felt was by far going above and beyond the normal scope for that extra set of customer service. Thank you for the experience. It was incredibly amazing!!!

Its all about service. Very important. I walked in around open time and wanted to sit at the bar to eat. I was told they couldnt find or didnt have a bartender at the time so they say me at a high top. I order my food, i was one of the first to arrive and the food took sometime to get to the table. The appetizer I ordered was a bit over cooked and the boneless wings did not have any sauce on them hardly. The dry rub wings were AMAZING though. I was very impressed by those. All in all, it was about the service. I was not very fond of my service. I never got my drink topped off. Just wasnt impressed at all. I was asked by whom I presume was a manager how everything was going. Is it up to me though, should you even have to ask?

Out of main menu items - boneless chicken and chicken tenders...what??!!! out of fruit, obviously children not welcome here. Customer service so poor, forgot to bring drinks and didnt notice table was empty when food finally delivered - no napkins, no silverware, no wet wipes but they sure did remember to charge me full price even though staff kept apologizing for everything that went wrong. When I paid my $40 for dinner with 3 kids and expressed my displeasure, didnt seem to bother anyone. Even forgot my side dish with a to-go order, good thing I wasnt in a trusting mood and checked! This location obviously not interested in returning customers nor providing any customer service!

What a disappointment. Decor is strictly sports bar, lots of TVs - the only good thing. Food is strictly frozen product (fried pickles most notably). Burgers dry and underseasoned. Fries were soggy and cold in the middle (frozen product again). Tables were dirty. Menus were sticky and dirty. Salt shaker was disgusting. Server couldnt have cared less, obviously wanted to be somewhere else. Couldnt get a water refill after asking twice. Waited for a second beer for more than 25 minutes and we could count the number of occupied tables in the room on one hand. Would not go back even if I had a coupon for a free meal.

My husband, daughter, and myself have been here for 15minutes. 90 percent of the staff is watching TV at the front door. Just got our drink order. The beer is flat, the server has absolutely zero personality. We finally placed our order, got our appetizer (fried pickles, they were delicious, thats why this review got 2 stars). Then got our food about 6min later. My husband said his wings were good, my daughters mini corn dogs were good as well. My southwest Philly was ice cold, and the fries tasted old. I personally wouldnt come back, Im sure my husband will.

Waited for 35 mins to get our food, I would say our waiter was mentally challenge but that not fair to the mentally disabled community. Fries were cold as can be and old tasting. wings obviously have been sitting under a heat lamp for a good while. I wouldnt recommend this B-Dubs (as I used to work at this location) and can say that the waiters arent very kind and the kitchen staff could care less. the management tries but still manages to fall short of good service. Not impressed.

Its B-Dubs! If you are looking for a fancy lunch/dinner you went to the wrong place. This is a SPORTS BAR! The wings are where its at. You must try all the sauces. It will take you a more than a few time to try them all since they have about 18 something sauces. Bottom line is if you like beer and wings you came to the right place. If you like green stuff on your plate that makes your food look pretty then go somewhere else.

Unorganized seating process. Bar area is not seat yourself; though not everyone knows that, and it is not well monitored. Extremely crowded, with no crowd control. A poorly designed set-up for their games, which crowds the walkway. This is our second time at this location, and overall Ive had two very disappointing bww experiences; which is upsetting, as bww has been a favorite of ours in the past.

So we didnt have to wait long for a table but food took over 30 min it was on Tn vs. Fl game and even being in Tn they were telling people the game would only be shown on the smallest tv a lot of people just walked out . The manager than changed it to a bigger screen . Our food come out 45 later my apatizers never showed my burger was very very well done and dry not very happy with this one .

I go here to catch the UFC PPV events and the food is good most of the time and the service is fair most of the time. Management doesnt keep track of the PPV events they pay for and must be told when to tune to them. Non PPV sports are shown on as many TVs as PPV events. If you are paying for an event you should show it some preference. We could watch most sports at home for free.

Service was great, food, not so much. My son asked to go here. We hadnt been but once before and figured wed give it a try. One of the appetizers tasted just a little off. Everything else was mediocre and although the place was nearly empty and had quite a number of televisions in our part of the dining room, someone changed the one sports program we were interested in watching.
