Last evening came in for dinner, parking lot was basically empty so parking was easy to find. Hostess seated us immediately, and our waitress was at our table within minutes to take our dink orders. We ordered our dinner when the drinks came after a short and pleasent onversation with our server. I ordered the the salad bar with dinner ( all was fresh and looked good). Then we waited...... After about 30 minutes the server came by and asked if we wanted another drink and said that we just wanted to eat. She said she was just checking on our drinks. Unfortunately she went back to a conversation with the hostess. After another 20 minutes I called the hostess over. I asked for the check for what we had eaten as by this time we had been there for about an hour and no signs of dinner coming. The server said she had not thought it had been that long and left. Within several minutes an unidentified young lady came to our table and asked if she could help and what did we order. We told her and she said if we wanted they would put it on ( a computer error was blamed for the order never being placed) so our order never made it to the kitchen. We paid for our drinks and left even more hungry. We have eaten at this Resturant multiple times in the past and have always been very happy with the facility, the staff and the food. I raise this incident only to bring it to the restaurants management team for quality purposes.

Visited on a Friday night, more empty tables than staff waited for table, orders fried green beans....they have no fried green beans, we did not order appetizers. Ordered ribeye med. Well got a bloody steak. I ordered the seafood trio lobster tail was cold. Fries were cold. Had to ask for tea refill twice before getting refill. Did not ask if we wanted desert just the bill. We were seated on the middle off the restaurant and the staff continuted to cut between tables .....no ranch on salad bar. The restyrant was freezing.....overall very disappointing....

The salad bar is the main draw at Ruby Tuesday. Always fresh and the croutons are made fresh instead of coming out of a bag. The mashed potatoes are very very good as well as the ribs. My only complaints - if I go alone, I have to insist on getting a good table and they dont have bread with every entree. Otherwise, its a great place to eat. Coupons are a good deal and you can have them emailed to you - no need to print, just show the server right on your phone.

Seated quickly, water served quicky, beer on tap took about 10 minutes, another 10 for the mohito (sans mint). Dinner came before appetizer which we cancelled. Salad came with no dressing. Waitress disappeared. Finally got a tiny amount of dressing. Waitress disappeared again. Meal would have been good if it had the dressing on it. Other wait staff were more attentive and delivered better service. Paid and left--will never go to any Ruby Tuesday again.

First, my wife and I waited for about 10 minutes to be seated in a restaurant that was almost empty. I will say that the salad bar was fine, but the burger was massively undercooked and my wifes soup was a chunky mess. What we could eat tasted like the cook had just dumped a ton of salt on it. No comment was made about our virtually untouched plates. When we left there was no thank you. Maybe it was just an off night but we will not be returning.

We were greeted and seated right away. Hostess told us our server, Steven would would be helping us. After about 10 minutes of being ignored, and noting that customers after us had been seated AND served drinks, we decided to leave. We should have gone to Back Alley BBQ, in the first place. We had a wonderful lunch there. We have dined at several RT restaurants, this is the only one weve ever had a problem.

I felt like i was forgotten about after waiting over 20 minutes for someone to take my order. The only reason i stayed so long was the bartender must be the prettiest girl in TN! Despite being pretty empty, and well staffed... the bartender, the cute one, was the only one working. Logans Roadhouse is feeding me tonight!

Just left there the hostess didnt smile and me and my father waited 15 minutes for drinks so we literally left they had one server for like 15 tables she look exhausted hey managers there pay your employees and hire people your cheapness was shown today on a Tuesday night.

Hannah is the most awesome bar tender Ive ever seen! She is a really hard worker that interacts with her customers and she makes me wish I was 20 years younger! She is absolutely beautiful and has an absolutely beautiful personality!

Bad service all around. Waited 1 entire hour for water. Our waitress had a decent attitude, but there should of been a communication of why we were the few people who where in there at 8pm. Food was medicore. Wont go back.

Great service at this location. Stopped in with kids on a holiday and staff was quick to serve our dinner. Food was what you expect at Ruby Tuesday. Good healthy options for kids.
