Had to wait 25 minutes for a table that was fine with me but everything that follows after that went down hill. i ordered honey bbq wings they were not honey bbq but in fact spicy something so spicy that my nose began to flare. i asked my waitress if i could get them remade after she huffed and puffed she said "look maam thats what you ordered" i asked to speak with a manager when he insisted that he had to stand behind his waitress he said "if i take this plate back and bring you another one i will charge you for both" with tears in my eyes seriously after all the drama i kindly asked the man if he just smelled my wings he could tell they were spicy he said"i will do no such thing" well i didnt even eat a single wing i only bit into one and had to pay the full price still even after i told the man it wasnt what i ordered . the te server comes back takes myself and my husbands drinks off the table and said she needed it. i told her " look im not trying to start trouble" then she yells we dont do ghetto here. well embarssed and in tears i left my husband at the table by himself and went to my car! even though this is the only buffalo wild wing in tuscaloosa i will never ever go back again!! this was hands down the worse expericnce i have ever in my life ran into.

22+ Minutes for a Cold Burger is Unacceptable & Didnt Ask for Mayo OR Mustard either- Attention to Detail is Vital to Customer Service!!!!!!!! Also, a Fruit Fly was in My Drink & Nicole- Team Leader- shared that Pepsi® was coming tomorrow- 6/8/17- to take care of problem. Considering the Imminent Visit of Vendor, then ALL Foundation Drinks Should Have Been Discontinued! Lemonade & Tea were Alternative Beverage Options. Furthermore, Federal Law-abiding Natural/ Foreign Act is Applicable as well as Tuscaloosa Health Department Policies! As such, had to Pay for Drink with No Discount for that & No No Discount for Cold Burger Either! The Best She was Offering was a 10% Military Discount, which Entitled to Anyway. Told Nicole was calling Corporate tomorrow & she Replied OKAY!!!!!!!!!!!! Finally, Both the Dynex® TVs above the Mens Urinals Looks like HAD NOT been cleaned since the Building Opened as seen in Both Photos!!!!!!! Also, inside Mens Restroom, the No Touch Paper Towels By Mens Bathroom Door Was Empty as Evidenced by Photo!!!!!!!! Embarrassingly Just Became Horrific!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have never really had a bad experience at this particular location, but I went Fri, Sept 9 and the food was not so great. I ordered the potato chips and traditional lemon pepper wings. When I received my food I immediately noticed the wings were very dark and had very little seasoning on them. I took a bite of the wing and it was SUPER hard, VERY VERY HARD. I told the bartender to have the cook to prepare another batch. So the bartender took the wings and put in another order. Almost instanly I received some more wings, which was kind of suspicious that LOOKED JUST LIKE THE FIRST BACTH OF WINGS they gave me. The second batch was HARD, VERY DARK, and had LITTLE SEASONING as well. So I told the guy to just take that crap off my ticket becuase I was not going to pay for it. I have visited the BWW in Gardendale several times and whoever the cook is there, they need to get one like him or her in Tuscaloosa. Their wings are always prepare the right way. Shout out to Gardendale, AL.

I went tonight to have dinner, ordered the street tacos and upon my bite I found a hair. I immediately told the server, she was polite and told me that she would get the manager. The waiter came back after a few minutes and told me she would grab me a new order of the tacos. I told her no thank you, that I would just prefer a side of fries. I was really grossed out and I was even more disappointed that the manager didnt end up coming to my table and apologizing for the incident. I dont think I will be returning because of this.

Once as always my order was messed up and like always they fix it well this time it was different... On thursday the first week of june i came to pick up my messed up order nd the sweestest lady manager ever made sure it was hot and brung it too my car and stayed with a huge smile on her face #shewasAwesome&sweet

Blazing? Blazing? lol what a joke.... 16 dollars for 6 boneless "heated under the heat lamp" wings and 6 cut wings with fries and water... The hot sauce didnt even make me shed a tear. That is the hottest they have to offer.... Leah the server was great, but the cooks didnt give her a lot to work with...

My mom went there one time, and she dont drink, so she asked for a coke. Didnt have it. Asked for a moutin dew. Didnt have it. Asked for a sunkist. And so on. And they did noy have any thing my mom could drink in there and so thats why I dont like this place at all.

Always a favorite! We usually go on Sunday afternoons when there isnt a crowd. My only complaint is parking is a total nightmare. If you cab wedge your vehicle into a spot, service is usually pretty good and the food is always great and arrives in a timely fashion.

40 min wait for food during lunch. We were told that they wouldnt honor their 15 min guarantee thats listed on their website because its a mistake and they didnt mean for it to be listed. Also 40 min wait for food, only 1 drink refill. So bad service too

They are always closed. They shut down for a few weeks for renevation, they were shut down earlier this year and we just tried to eat there again and they are shut down. This Tiscaloosa location is such a disappointment.

I love this place the food is great!!! The only problem I have is its so loud I understand if theres games but even days when theres not a lot of games on the tv are boomin. Over all good place to eat and great food.

Our waiter Daniel was Awesome! We were grateful to the kitchen for our great turnabout time. This was my 1st time experience in Buffalo Wild Wings, and the food was great!!!

Its a nice place but the wings werent as good as I imagined. I guess the Buffalo Wild Wings in Mobile, AL set the standards pretty high and you guys didnt reach them.

Great Service and a fun atmosphere! Awesome wing flavor selection. Tuesday night Wings are great and cheap. Thursday night boneless wings are great as well.
