Me and my wife will not be back. After we placed our order we waited forty five minutes to an hour before our food was brought out. Then when our food finally arrived my burger was under cooked and slightly warm. My wifes food had been cooked in old grease and it tasted horrible. Our server didnt really act like she cared. We where not greeted by anyone when we arrived. We stood at the front for 20-25 minutes before we where even seated. This was the worst place, service, and food we have ever had. They also need to learn how to mix drinks. The drink my wife ordered was watered down and just tasted like cool-aide. Me and my wife have both worked customer service and this was not good customer service. Again we will not be back.

Very rude... ordered lunch with my husband, that told us where to seat. They the person taking are order complained we were not in a his area or anyone elice. So he will get to us when. He can. Then go to order got chicken strips they gave me 5 small ones they almost looked like chicken nuggets and got charged 10 dollars for that. Then asked for sauce they brought it got changed for that. Top it off before we even got our food they asked if we would have anything elice we said we dont no, not even 3 mins later where got our bill before the food. They rushed us out with less then 3 customers inside. Horible all the way around

My husband and I will never go back to this location. After ordering and eating our salads from their salad bar, we waited a very long time for his food, he ate about half of it and pushed it away, he was upset that even though the place wasnt really busy my food hadnt come yet. Several minutes later another waiter pointed out to ours that my glass was empty, upon bringing me another he said my food was still was not done. I told him just to cancel it. They still charged me for a trip to the salad bar. The only reason I gave them 1 star is because my tea was awesome and I love the potato salad on the bar.

Stopped here for dinner on Labor Day, and was surprised.... bathrooms were disgusting, garden bar was the worst Ive seen, and the service was the worst. Wife had to pass up two bathroom stalls to find one she could use. The garden bar was old and scarce. And the check was on the table before I could order another beer, or anything else. I go to the Rubys in Johnson City NY often and its always clean, well stocked and friendly. This was the opposite. Piss poor at best.

They never stock the salad bar, and also our service was awful. They over cooked my steak and when the manager brougt it back all he said was "cut into it and make sure it right this time". The sad part is I was giving it a second chance this time. I will never eat at this place again. And as bad as this Ruby Tuesday is and nothing changed I wont eat at another Ruby Tuesdays. And its not like its a cheap place to eat. I would rather go to McDonalds next time.

Quick service. Pleasant server. But, specifically asked green beans to be cooked soft, came to me hard. Pork chop thick but I scraped off excessive seasoning and charred outside. Husband steak was good. Didnt think they should have sat a family with a 3 year old in the bar area next to us when at 5 there was plenty of space elsewhere.

We had to wait to be seated and there were empty tables, it took our waitress 20 minutes to come get our drink orders. Once we order it took about 20 minutes the steak had no taste it was a lil dry but the rest was ok. As we sat there and ate others were coming in and getting seated as soon as they walked in the door really.....

Nice and clean restaurant, the staff is very nice, and I have always had great service... I just havent had a good meal here to date. Based on the handful of times I have eaten here I have yet to order something enjoyable... Whether the pasta is dried out or the burgers tasteless. May be bad luck?

Salad bar was ok, food had no flavor, and our drinks were terrible sent them back once, ordered new drinks still terrible, ordered a different drink and paid for it as Im not one to complain to much as the waitr a different drink and it was just as bad. This place has definitely gone down hill.

Needs a good Manager. Its sad to see the demise of our Columbia Ruby Tuesdays. A once great salad bar unattended , filthy YOU COULD TELL THE FRANCHISES OWNERS WERE OUT OF TOWN. menu items not available . (Ribs) YOUR. LOSING YOUR CUSTOMERS FAST .YOUR NOT THE ONLY GAME IN TOWN. WAKE UP PLEASE.

We didnt even make it to order the food because the first silverware we opened it had food stuck to the fork....and so we were just going to send it back but after checking other silverware it was almost all dirty with old food from past customers.

The Waitress forgot to bring the steak back after asked to cook a little longer. The Meal was finished before it was brought back out. The steak wasnt seasoned at all. I was really disappointed.

My mini burger was raw. Showed my waitress. She made a ugly face and walked off. Just got ripped off 13 dollars. She was to busy flirting with a guy at the bar. Will not be back.

Marisha is a fantastic waitress. Always greets us with a smile. My dad and I enjoy eating at Ruby Tuesday on a regular basis. A large variety of food to pick from.

The Salad bar has been the draw in the past, but was lacking something on this day. The price for drinks and salad bar for two was a bit pricey for what we got.

Often out of product they sale. No one ever at the door to great you... you may have to wait a bit for them to notice you.
