I really, really wanted to like this local joint but today has really solidified that these folks have no clue what they are doing. I came in and got my order taken fairly quickly but then the craziness began. I sat almost an hour while watching the cooks argue with the waitress, the waitress get frustrated to the point of near tears and other customers who came in after me get their food while I was left with only my tea. Then the waitress comes by and says "Wheres your food?" Good question. So she attempted to completely retake my order but by then I was fed up and offered to just pay for the tea. At least they didnt charge me for that. Ill never waste my time on these folks again.

Worst place Ive ever been too . The waitress was horrible ! Our food was ready and she wouldnt bring it to us .. She was too busy flirting with the 2 cooks . The black cook got our order wrong and decided to laugh about it and start making the next persons order . We ended up waiting a long time for our order . As soon as we were done and had to pay we had to ask for our check since this waitress was too busy flirting . When we asked her for it she didnt even have it ready and asked us what we ordered . this place is unprofessional and ghetto!

Great food, great service, great prices, insanely good banana cream pie! In town for a long weekend and planning our last meal there again before leaving. Its worth the trip off the interstate and away from the chain restaurants even if youre passing by on the way somewhere else. We WILL be back!

Probably the worst dining experience, waitress was great, it was her 3rd day, however, I waited for over an hour for a grilled cheese and tots. When the grilled cheese came to the table, it was not even melted. Just over all disappointed!!!! I will not be back

My first order was incorrect and when the server returned it to the kitchen, the cooks were visibly mad. When the correct order was brought out, my fries had been microwaved and were to hot to eat until i had finished my meal. The server was nice though.

Service was great , kind and friendly, food kinda blah , green beans were dumped out of a can. No seasoning,! Hamburger steak, too done and dry, the cole slaw , cut too thick, not the best flavor. Work on the food quality, needed badly.

This was my first experience, I got the 12 oz hamburger steak with mash potatoes and black eye peas. I really enjoyed it. We were here on vacation visiting our friend that owns Jack top BBQ and home cooking. I will visit again.

OUT of two waitresses one is working herself to death, the other one is clueless. Tables were dirty and full of dishes, customers waiting longer periods of time for drinks and menus. Customers leaving due to poor service.

Great little restaurant. Not fancy, but does offer great breakfasts at very reasonable prices. Wait staff are really friendly, pleasant and attentive. It is now our favorite restaurant for breakfast.
