Food wasnt the problem except my chips were very cold! Also , my waiter I caught his name Sydney tried to redeem himself by offering me a to go coffee ☕️ not the best idea especially working in a fast food industry... or restaurant industry because of forgetting your paying customers! Not good marks Im not coming back! This experience really made my day even worse as Im at Starbucks! So , especially after getting out of work at the Drury inn and suites & not getting my discount either as yes I changed into my second job clothes. This just was the icing on the cake! Better service people!

Dirty table, 2 other parties that were seated after me were helped first. Then they brought me the wrong meal twice before getting the third try correct. The food was ok nothing special. They seemed to have a team approach to service which I can usually appreciate but in this case they were not communicating well and were all over the place. Good thing my main server was very apologetic.

Service was a little slow but staff was friendly and have is updates and filled coffee. They were very attentive to us the whole time. Its going to take some time for this new location to be on the same level as the one on Michigan St. Theres potential with this beauty of a restaurant!

Service was slow and the kitchen took a long time to put out lukewarm food. The place was practically empty, but it still took over 10minutes and asking two other servers before our waitress reappeared so we could pay our bill and leave.

This place has great service though their food lacks moisture. Its usually on the drier side. Still, for the orifice and the variety it usually makes muy list for consideration when eating it or wanting something on the healthier side.

Got here at 10 and left at 10:30. No service whatsoever! When we walked iut one of the girls said, "Sorry your service wasnt as prompt as youd like." Really? If I could leave zero stars, I would.

Sorry Grand Coney, you tried. But Leos is just a little better down the road. In the Full House universe, youre Dave Coulier, which is funny, but Bob Saget is Leos and is funnier.
