my service was great, food was great, Sharon, Gloria, Evert did very well. 2nd shift server got mouthy with the manager because 2nd shift had left the place a mess. so much that other guests told her to be quiet. 3rd shift was upset about having to deal with their shortfalls....... but they still gave great service..... and got good tips.

A couple friends and I had breakfast at Waffle House this week and enjoyed our meal and the service was wonderful. Our waitress ensured we were taken care of, filling our water glass and coffee cups without hesitation. We didnt even have to ask. the food was fine as usual. We are blessed to have a great Waffle House in Jeffersonville.

My wife and I returned to Jeff Rubys after a long absence, and I immediately recalled what we enjoyed so much during a previous visit. We met up with another couple for a 7pm reservation that was made three weeks prior. We were greeted by three gracious and friendly hostesses, and were seated at our reserved table 10 minutes early....

Food was almost like every other Waffle House out there, slightly under par in that my eggs were over hard not over medium and the ham was not very good. Service was good until we got the ticket and it didnt add up. The waitress added it up, with a calculator she told us, at almost $5 higher than it was supposed to be.

Ive been going here 2 to 3 times a week since October 2016 & Ive always gotten great service & food & I will continue to go to this Waffle House as long as theyre open & continue to have great service & food.
