Just left after the football playoffs. They refused to put on the ufc fight audio on but left the music playing loud. The manager on duty instead of allowing us to listen would rather stand and tell us how they valued customer comments. The place was empty so why not turn on the audio. Seems they only do it for pay per view. This was my first time in two years of living in the town and this was my last time going. If I wanted to hear loud country music I would go buy a ticket in Nashville. This manager did not want to make his customers happy at all. Instead he told us we can watch it at home, I told him sure we could but we came to pay for a meal and watch a fight. He stayed at the table to try to prove his point that its company policy to not have audio for no pay per view fight. We asked four employees before the manager was requested. To our surprise the manager told us after we left on a phone call that the employees paid to have the music jukebox on. They turned it on after we asked four times to play the fight audio. I was in the company of a Walmart manager and two chick Fil A employees that both agreed they would have not handle a customer like that if they were in their place of business... Not even worth a star.

I have NEVER in my life had any issues with any of the BWW Ive been too, but this one was just a hot mess. We were seated all the way in the back of the corner outside and were forgotten about for about 15-20 min with NO ONE asking if we even wanted anything to drink. Finally had a server realize we were sitting there without any help or service at our table. Grabbed our drinks, came back 10-15 min later for our food order. Didnt receive our food in a timely manner, she forgot several items and then on top of that she checked up on our table maaaybe once and still forgot what we had asked for. Terrible customer service, very forgetful and if I could give ZERO stars I would. I would NOT recommend this specific location to anyone.

I love chicken wings. And I love BWWs chicken wings. So thats worth 5 stars on its own. But we all know BWW is a little on the pricey side, especially if you think youre gonna get away with a beer under $4.50. This has greatly reduced the rate at which I go, given there are so many great local spots in Cookeville. Also, and in my experience this seems to be true kind of across the board, the service at BWW frequently doesnt measure up to the price tag.

The wings are awesome! The sauces are great too.... I do wish theyd mention on their menu how many wings go with a "Small, Medium or Large order". Then I wouldnt have to ask how many and them respond with... "A small order is 5 to 6 wings"!....???? (Id guess they cant count too good in the kitchen area....) But... since I can count.... Id eat there again!

Food is great and the service has always been friendly and on the spot. Manager always checks in on us when we visit and the other complaints about the noise are nonsense. Every sports bar is loud and every Buffalo Wild Wings is this loud or more so. Every time Ive requested a channel change or volume adjustment the request was granted immediately.

First of all I want to do a half star. Not showing UFC fight on 4/8/17. They waited to the day of the fight to cancel the showing. Goes to show they dont care about their customers. Never will get any of my money again.

Place just awful. My wing showed up undercooked, barely sauced (yes, I asked for a sauced wing "medium"). Bit into the wing and it dripped blood and the outter skin was the texture of warm snot. Absolutely disgusted.

Almost always busy, but theres plenty of seating. The servers are always friendly and the food is always good. Make sure you allow enough time if its busy though!
