Every time I eat here the music is too loud and I have to ask to have it turned down. Theyll turn it down one notch if Im lucky. If I wanted loud music I would go to a concert or bar. When I go to a restaurant, I go to eat and converse with whomever Im with. Its expensive to eat there, and that music does nothing for anybody. Since they seem to have the music cranked up at every RT I have been to, I can only assume they want to make your visit as unpleasant and uncomfortable as possible so they can run you out and turn over more tables and run more customers through.......$$$$$$$$$$$.

Ruby Tuesday here in Cookeville is seldom crowded and thus a good place to go when other restaurants have waiting lines. In recent months its menu has been updated with many new items and an enhanced salad bar. These changes have made Ruby Tuesday a more likely choice for my family. Today I ordered. Pasta Primavera with no protein and unsweetened mango tea. The pasta serving size was just right and the sauce was very tasty. My wife had the salad bar. She, too, was impressed with her meal. All in all this was an enjoyable lunch and we will visit again.

I called to place a take-out order, and told the girl on the phone that I had a coupon. When my girlfriend arrived at the restaurant to pick up her order, the coupon was not added to the total, the order itself was wrong, and the staff did nothing to correct this. The worst part was the way the staff acted - as if they were annoyed and incredibly inconvenienced, despite being the ones who made the mistake. One would expect better service from such an establishment, not this teenage-y attitude crap. My girlfriend left without paying and without the food.

My wife and I quit visiting Ruby Tuesday locations due to the bad service and food quality in the Murfreesboro TN location. I stopped by the Cookeville location while waiting on a friend. I sat at the bar and for great service and terrific conversation. I cannot remeber her name (LSU) fan. But the following Wednesday we visited our local Ruby Tuesday and it was great. Will be visiting Cookeville soon and will definitely have lunch there and say thanks.

My wife and I go to Ruby Tuesday about once a month.. At this location the service was good, first waters had junk in them, server replaced and of the replacements, my wifes had crud and lipstick.. The food was sub par, everything just seemed dirty, and quality of food was not up to normal ruby standards.. This was our worst Ruby Tuesday experience to date.

Had a lovely lunch with two friends. Two ordered the new, chock-full-of-goodies salad bar and I had a petite sirloin. I asked for some changes to the menu to fit Weight Watchers and the substitutions were made with no hesitancy. We often eat here because the food is always delicious and the staff so friendly. A+

The service there is always fantastic; I just wish the food matched. Maybe its just my taste but I just dont like there food,it seems cheap to me. If I am expected to pay the prices they charge I am anticipating better quality. The only things I can attest to being fantastic is the lobster mac and the salad bar.

I ordered a steak medium and it came kinda well. I didnt complain but the manager Shawn came to look and immediately ordered me another while I munched the first one He was very attentive and also gave me a free desert. All my food tasted great.

Manager (Brad) greetd and chatted with us. Our server Julie was friendly and attentive. Great experience. Editing to say... here we are again, and Julie is our server again! Salad bar is incredibly fresh! And the food is fantastic!

Nice Salad bar but no lunch menu. You have to pay dinner prices at lunch. But their hamburger was really good and you can substitute the salad for your French fries for 1.99
