My family wanted to try something different than burgers this payday, so we decided to try this. Well, I guess we shouldve stuck with the normal. The drive through attendant was very polite and prompt, but my popcorn shrimp/chicken strip combo was a disaster. There was so much hard crusted breading on the chicken strips, after peeling off the bread I ended up with about a two inch by one inch bite of chicken. I normally love the breading on chicken/strips but it was so hard it was not chewable. The popcorn shrimp was same way, and the actual shrimp was extremely chewy like rubber. The red beans and rice was good as was the corn and biscuit. But I felt like I was robbed of my "meat" part of my dinner. Will not be returning.

Im torn on this. This is clearly some of the best chicken around. Im your typical, overweight southerner and this is good enough to "make you slap your momma", but man the service and the management here is just so horrible that I cant figure out if fabulous chicken is worth it. Always out of stuff, orders take forever (and they are usually incorrect after taking forever), and a heaping helping of attitude on the side make it unpleasant pretty much every time you go, but man if you want chicken and youre not at grandmas...

This place could make a killing with a little management and chicken to sell .. in last few months have been in at least once a wk on average 5 times a month for 4 months in that time of ordering 5 orders to go .. there has been maybe once they actually had chicken.. with lunch concentrated area and people on lunch a little more effort to meet the needs would be nice ..

ok so... me and my man went here to eat at 9:39 and these mfs werent even at the drive thru!!! they close at 10pm. so Popeyes... y yall close so early??? and other ppl was tryna order but they couldnt. every chicken place we go to they got problems. so we just went to Chilis across the street. aint got time fo that!!!!

Very poor customer service. If I could this place wouldnt have gotten the one star! Most of the managers are just as horrible as the crew and every time I come here theres always an issue! ALWAYS! And there has not been a time where they have not forgotten something

they didnt give me any honey wiþ my food also only have gave me one biscuit for 2 meals, I ordered a large side when I got it it was only half full and they forgot one of my drinks.

I came to this location at about 9:40 pm tonight to get a relatively small order via the drive through. I was completely ignored. No order. No service. Extremely annoyed.
