This has got to be the SLOWEST Chick-fil-a I have even been to. They are notorious for having a drive-thru line extending into the street. When others have a drive-thru line that long, they send their employees out to take orders to speed things up. I dont recall ever seeing that at this location. They know have double drive-thru order boards. Hasnt helped much in my opinion. Last time I was there, I got an order of fries. When I got in the car, I noticed the fries had the funkiest smell...like they were sour. At first, I thought it was my imagination but when I got home, I smelled it again. Quickly threw them away. Ewww. One more thing...sometimes Ive noticed that my nuggets were just warm not hot and fresh. Needless to say, Ive given up on this location. Ill take my business to the other locations in the Memphis and Germantwon area.

Took my girls in for dinner at 7ish. Took too long to get order. Then went to get coffee it was cold. Would not make anymore. Also two of my girls got ice cream then few mins wanted one more and waited about 20 mins in line to get told no more and going to make any more. Their was at least 5 to 10 behind that want ice cream. Then someone to side of us wanted lemon aid already cleaned it so they did not have any. Want to through trash away someone was cleaning cans then they turned them around could not even clean up after ourselfs. What I did not know that every thing stops when manager said start to clean up. Three hours of bad customer service will kill a location. Never have I been in chick fil a that was this bad. I thought I was at mcdonalds

Drive thru lines are always crazy too many people.....I always go in so I can get in and out fast. Today I went in and there were 4 young men working the front counters. Me and another older gentleman were waiting to order and one of the kids looked at us after we were waiting for 5 or so minutes to order and said I dont have a register, took two steps turned around and got on a register and took a order of two women that just walked in. Remind u we were there first and waiting. I have never been treated so rudely ever by chick-fil-a. I dont mind spending my money there for good customer service and fresh and hot food. I called and talked to a manager and he apologized about what happened but this can never happen again.

Dont like long drive thru lines? Go inside! Its always faster even at peak times. 5 registers open at all times during lunch and dinner. Park in the old sunrise parking lot on the west side of the building and walk in and save time and avoid the parking lot fiasco. Great food always hot and friendly service as one would expect at any chick-fil-a! Today was a little different, at 12:15pm (middle of lunch rush) they only had 3 registers open inside and the line i picked had 5 people in it (not the shortest one), from time coming through the door to time walking out was 7 minutes 51 seconds and i had 2 separate orders. I had both orders before i had finished paying when i got to the front of the line.

Absolutely the worst Chic fil A I have ever been to. What is the deal? Service is always slow. The employees are always rude and immature. I would go to another Chic fil A but I live in Collierville and it is too far of a drive to go to the much BETTER one in Germantown. Very sad. The employees they hire are ruining chifilas brand.

Went through the drive through. Order was messed up. I discovered it when we were down the road. Missing fries, frozen lemonade was a shake. Coke zero was dr pepper (I think). Salad was warm, like it sat out all day. We were order number 4912027 if anyone from the store cares to look into it. Avoid this Chick-fil-A location.

The staff at this restaurant is phenomenal. I bring my daughter her to play frequently. Miss Shirley always greets us with a smile and a hello. Gabriel and the rest of the employees are courteous and hard-working. Its a very warm, family-friendly place. Keep up the great work. P.S. BTW. Your chicken is pretty good too! LOL.

I love Chik-Fil-A. They have the best fries ever. I also love the fact they serve different stuff rather than most fast food places that serve mainly just hamburgers also u can order grilled chicken if you want to go the healthy way they even have grilled chicken nuggets instead of deep fried Nuggets great health choices

This location is typically so packed that it isnt even worth going. Typical line is roughly 15 cars backed up all the way to the street. Just witnessed a line cutter today and thought it was going to come to blows. This location is getting too dangerous just for some fried chicken.

Ridiculous! Parking lot and traffic in was a nightmare, shorted food and they won’t even answer their phone! Of course now am at work and can’t go back to make it right. Not worth the traffic and parking lot drama to think about going back any time soon!

It chik fil a, duh. Only fast food place with good service and food that is good. Continuously busy all hours. But why wait 15 minutes for drive thru? Get up off your lazy butt walk inside and out in under 5 minutes.

It was very crowded that night. I think the soccer teams just finished a game. But, service was quick and went smoothly. Plus, playground was inside and pretty big. Great service and great food.

Inside is fine, not great but fine. The drive thru is horrible. I would suggest the owners and managers going to the store at Wolfchase or Germantown parkway and learn what they are doing.

If you have kids, this is your go to place.... They have a kids area that will keep them busy and help you chill as well. The place is usually crowded but thats just coz they have good food.

It tends to be busy constantly and limited parking, but the service there is very good from my experience. There is a back rode behind Home Depot thats a convenient short cut in and out.

Horrible. Not only did they not get my order right, they CONSISTENTLY got my order wrong at the window. Then their menus have "changed" but they havent changed the drive thru menus yet.

The staff is friendly and the playground is fun for the kids. There are always a ton of other kids there so it is a great place to let the kids burn off energy.
