We ordered a cheeseburger and some shakes. The cheeseburger was still pink in the middle, so we politely asked if we could get a burger that was cooked all the way through. The person on the speaker sounded very annoyed and said they would have to come out to talk to us. The person who came out appeared to be a manager although they barely said anything so I couldnt tell. They were very short and seemed as though we were ruining their night by asking for a fully cooked burger. They grabbed the undercooked burger from my hands and stalked off back into the store, then returned a short while later to drop off the new fully cooked burger. Everything tasted fine and our first carhop was wonderful. However the way they handled our issue made us feel like bad people for wanting a burger that was all the way done. It made me not want to visit this location again.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. The employees tonight were very rude Their ice cream machine was apparently broken, which is fine..life happens. But when Im sitting at your window and your making jokes as the next person gets to the drive thru like "nope! No ice cream for you! Bye!" The service here is generally garbage. I only go to this place cuz its close to my house. And whoever was at the window must have thought I was being rude since she handed me back my card with a really loud "youre welcome" Im not gonna thank you for giving me back MY card. I didnt have anything nice to say so I kept my mouth shut. Learn some professionalism.

Speaker on the drive up was messed up, when I asked the clerk to repeat due to that issue she sounded frustrated. Ordered sonic burger. The car hop was absolutely wonderful, very sweet and apologetic about the time waited. The burger was crap. They changed the bun or something. Tasted stale and hard, the meat itself was obviously frozen solid before cooked, and not cooked well. Maybe they should get back to their quality of food before pushing shakes and slushies

The food is okay, its standard chain restaurant fast-food. The location is convenient to me, which is why I go fairly often. You have to watch the white guy that thinks hes a black guy though. The dude spends more time thinking up quick raps to tell you "to have a blessed day" than he does checking to make sure the order is correct. The order is correct about half the time. Its frustrating, but its a fast-food joint. You cant really expect too much anyway.

i would put zero stars but it wont let me. I ordered a footlong quarter pound chili cheese coney, first in their usual drive in car spots. They informed me they were not working i had to use the drive thru. i went to the drive thru, they said itd be a wait to make it, fine thats okay. I get my hotdog and there is no chili and no cheese. just a footlong hotdog. thank you so much. And yall want 15.00 dollars an hour.

I come here for the shakes, the food is good too if they havent run out. I Came for their newest promotion item "lil doggies" but they are of course out. I work second shift and just like the bk down the road, the food, service and lack of menu items available sucks at night. Total bummer cause I keep coming back to give them another chance....

ZERO! It is getting REALLY tiresome ordering food and paying what I consider a PREMIUM PRICE for it and 1. The order is wrong. 2. The food is not fresh (burgers dry, corndog old and reheated, etc.) 3. Employees are argumentative when confronted with the poor service. Did I say that this particular Sonic needs a shake-up BAD!

They messed up my order. Had to send it back so they could fix it. They fixed it and upgraded my fries and tots to large. Shame they cant do things right the first time around. Unsure if will be coming back here for food again in the near future when I am out and about.

Everything was great, except they were out of the fish. Sonic needs to add cole slaw to there menu. Does noone, outside of WV, not eat chili, slaw, and onion on there hotdogs?
