Ok.... First of all calling around asking about the bistro locations is futile. The people demanding $15/hr cant even tell me which of their locations have this "upscale" sit down restaurant. Then, when I finally do find one, after confirming that they have a salad bar and Pizza bar... The whole point behind the Bistro restaurant.... I show up at which point they conveniently tell me that this is ended as soon as I walked in with my family. Come back the next day, only to be told that the "bistro" is only open and available during lunch hours and from 5-7 on one night a week!! That wouldve been good information to pass along the night before, instead of waiting for me to come back the next day! How about posting your hours, how about not being jack-asses to your customers. How about you go pound sand as Ill never eat another Pizza Hut product. Ive made it a point to teach my children that your establishment is gross, and am ensuring that not only I, but my children abstain from your restaurant! With so many other choices, piss poor service and playing games with customers is not acceptable.

In search of good pizza in the area, I first tried 4 higher rated places. Jets (gross), Luigis (REALLY gross), old Chicago (expensive and overrated) and papa johns (mediocre). Finally I go to pizza huts website and find all kinds of new options. I ordered the classic pan crust (sooo soft and yummy) with their new delicious crushed tomato sauce, salami, pepperoni, meat ball, pork and their new Peruvian peppers. They taste both sweet and spicy and theyre great! I also requested their new crust flavors and a sriracha sauce drizzle all over the pizza. It was amazing! All these options all for 15 bucks for a large! Not bad! Then for 5 bucks they have super moist brownies. Delivery was 10 minutes early and courteous. This place is clearly underrated and I hope others will try it and post their experience. I recommend ordering on the website, so you can easily see all the many options for the pizza. Ill be back next week

Me and my wife have ate at this place several times and never had any problems whatsoever,and tonite was an absolute nightmare..The workers werent working they were all standing back there bull s**ting while we waited like 25 min just for our appetizer and when we got it i took 1 bite and it was cold as hell,Oh and just to be clear they werent busy at all ,Maybe a couple of customers came in to pick up there to go orders and there was 1 other family there including mine having dinner there total..It is one thing to have bad service but to sit back there and to be lazy about it is another.....I shouldnt even give one star,I will never go back to this dump again!!!!!!

That good review has to be fake! Several times my pizza has been late and this last time it was 35 minutes late, cold and SOGGY. Not sure how they managed to make it soggy but it looked and tasted as if parts of the crust had gotten wet with water. Worst of all, when it was still on the way and late, they said Id be getting 20 bucks off my next order by using the same phone # on the online checkout when they shouldve just discounted my EXISTING order. Later that night I tested what she said and voilà the future discount was A LIE. Non existent. I think they lied and promised a future discount so that i wouldnt cancel the existing order. Ill never be back.

My Fiance works at the pizza hut on Madison Street. They have wonderful managers and wonderful staff and always get their pizza out on time. I excepted the same service from this Pizza Hut, but I was very wrong. My pizza was about an hour late, and was luke warm, at best. Ive got better pizza from a gas station. My fiance makes us pizzas from his work all the time and theyre absolutely delicious. I was expecting something at that level and I was very disappointed. I know pizza hut pizzas have the potential to be amazing. Its funny what bad management will do to food. I wish we had ordered from Papa Johns.

Since weather conditions were so bad the other week i understand why drivers could not deliver. As i paid my bill I overhear the manager Anna yelling at a driver and saying how she will write that person up if they do not deliver in impossible slick ice. Such disrespect to the employees I have never seen before. I may also add she was very rude toward my wife and me after we ask for particular toppings. Sorry pizza hut but you just lost another customer because of your crappy management! I feel sorry for the employees.

The food was pretty good but everything we touched was sticky. However, our waiter was very friendly but clearly over-worked. He was the only server on the floor on a Friday night which seems ridiculous. He tried his best and we appreciate that. I think if they cleaned the place more thoroughly and hired more servers (especially on the weekend) it could be a 5 star establishment.

Drivers are always nice and deserve better for the inclement weather they work in and the maintenance they must go through with their cars. Management here sucks and spends an awful lot of time on their phones. Cooks i do not know but they make the orders so are the orders wrong because of them? Its just always a hit and miss with this place so take caution.

Dont order unless you want cold, sloppy, late food. Staff and managers consistently lie as well about refunds and times. No apology and not concerned about a 40 minute wait time that was still unfulfilled at over 90 minutes. I will no longer frequent this location and its merry band of idiots. Papa Johns is faster, cheaper, and more competent.

Waitress named Lisa forgets about you. She got our order for our drinks wrong. She gave us bread sticks we didnt order- not to mention, they were hard as a rock. Cheese sticks we did order were great. Our meal was great- definitely recommend the Chicken Alfredo. Fix the service and this place would be great.

Decent. The location is ok... food is well cooked and service alright. Pizza Hut however (as a whole)-The website says our home is out of the delivery zone yet we live two miles away. Customer service is well below average and their app blows. Way to keep up the continued perception of failure Pizza Hut.
