I wanted something fast for supper when I got off work at my new job... I called my husband and he wanted a steamer pack (24) of Krystals... I was thinking, when I got there, that Id probably regret going through the drive-thru, because used to, like 3 years ago, whenever we would go through the drive-thru we would always he told to pull up and wait in a parking spot for our food... Well, this visit was right the opposite... When I pulled up to the drive-thru, I placed my order, which was only the steamer pack, given my total, and told to pull up. When I got to the window, I paid and it literally wasnt but like 5 minutes (sitting at the window) before I got my steamer pack and on my way home!!! This was very pleasing and suprising!!! Very happy with the customer satisfaction now!!!

7/26/2017 order was wrong, went to pick up lunch for a friend on 7/28/2017, order was wrong again.. its a simple as listening to what the customer wants & putting it on the computer system.. its really isnt that difficult. #3 only mayonnaise & cheese, yet you get mustard, mayo, cheese, onion & pickle. 3 Krystal chicks no pickle, yet ya get 4 pickles on one and one a piece on the others... those self ordering booths are starting to look much better these days. Seems pretty easy to me.
