Our experience was absolutely horrendous. Ive been a server before and I know what it takes and how patient you have to be so I feel as though I can review and post this with credibility. Our server was the worst server Ive ever had. After sitting down at our table, my husband and I waited fifteen minutes just for water. So naturally, we decided that since we wouldnt see our server again for awhile we ordered. Nothing crazy. No substitutions. No modifications. So after being out of water for another ten minutes because our server was nowhere to be found. She was incredibly slow with the other tables as every time I looked around other people were looking for the server. Once a different server brings our food out my food was rang in incorrectly. So this new server doesnt apologize or anything. Just takes the food away. My husband is sitting there looking at his food while we wait to hear what is happening with mine. After five minutes of waiting he takes it upon himself to check on the situation. Our original server was still nowhere to be found. And the server who brought our food nonchalantly said that the kitchen was making another. My husband and I left. We came to eat together and instead my food was wrong, his food was getting cold, and there was zero communication from our server. A simple apology wouldve gone a long way. And I felt it necessary to write a novel to accurately convey how awful our experience was. If I could give zero stars I would. Unsat.

This is the WORST Olive Garden I have ever been to, including the run-down one in my home town. I hate to give such a brass review but I feel I must really warn others this time. The server and hostess were too busy flirting with what was possibly the manager, or maybe they were just having a good laugh but when we walked in we were not greeted at all, and I had to wait for them to finish giggling to one another. I wouldnt mind but the hostess didnt even make eye contact with me afterward. It was just my husband and myself for his first night out since he returned from overseas...they placed us in the very back in seats that were had cracks in them, next to two tables with multiple young children, who were crying and running around said tables. It took forever for them to take our orders, the waitress was nice enough but not very attentive, Our salad was drenched in dressing and soggy. My drink was empty for most of the night, I drank nearly all of it before the appetizer ever made it to us. Expect a very long wait for the main dishes, long past what is acceptable. When ours did arrive a few flies came over and decided to dine with us. I asked for a to go box once everything was done, and wouldnt you know she cleared the plates, took a smoke break, and finally brought us a check 20 minutes later. The place was empty on a week day. STAY AWAY.

This was my first time to Olive Garden since I arrive from overseas tour. I though I would be impressd by the way my wife describe how it was in our hometown location in California. First off, I didnt mind the wait due to amount people that was there but when I return at the given time they couldnt find my name, plus they gave me a buzzer that didnt ring hince my return, the host said they buzzed the wrong number they said and apologized. Secondly, location they sat us at was way in the way back, when clearly their were open spots in the front which I didnt mind either because I have two children. Third, when we ordered our food it arrived the same time as the same time the guest that orderd their food, mind you they can about roughly 15min after us. On the plus side our fried zuccines were freshly hot but also had a stran of hair in it and our calimari was soggie and warm, I brushed it off again because were starving. Forth, when our food arrived it seem to warm and has been sitting for a bit. Fifth, after this whole ordeal seams that a good amount people got paper to go bags with olive gardens trademarks, ours did not. Lastly, this is the morning after our experience I decide to eat the left overs, and my sons fettuccini alfrado had a long light brown/blondish hair. Best believe we are never going back.... I do not recommend this location.

I went there today with my husband, 1 year old and my mother for her birthday. Dinner was good. The manager though was a complete jerk. Half way through our dinner my mom noticed him pointing to our table commenting about my son droping bread on the floor. Saying if you see something like that pick it up and how unsanitary it was and so on. He continued to walk around and the rest of the time kept standing there looking at us. Again when we were finishing up he stood there and pointed some more and kept talking about us. Nedless to say he was only about 6 feet away from us so we could see and hear very clearly he was talking about us. I picked up what i could and when i left called to let him know we heard him. I was very nice about it and just wanted to let him know how unwelcome he made us feel. He said it wasnt meant for us to hear but his standards of clean are very high and that it was unexceptable. He did say sorry you heard me and hung up. My son is one I thought Olive Garden was a family restaurant!!?! Not very family friendly!! If you have small ones you better wait till there at least 15 and pick up after themselves!!!

Our salad came to our table and waitress tray was so dirty and nasty. My wife asked for a glass of wine but waitress forgot about it. We started to eat our salad but noticed salad leaves were muddy. We talked to the manager and her excuse was worse than her muddy salad! She said, they buy the salad leaves as a bulk and use it without washing them! She offered us more salad but we said `no thanks` to more muddy salad! She didnt offer us discount or gift card or nothing. So we asked soup instead of salad. My wife also asked for her wine for the second time. Waitress brought us 2 cups of soup but the soup was spilled all over on the bottom plates and spoons! Even spoon handles were covered with soup! There is no word to explain how nasty looking this was! So we didnt touch to soups either and kept waiting for the glass of a wine with no luck. So we basicly got charged for the food but didnt eat almost anything and still got charged for all. The restaurant was not busy at all but we couldnt believe she forgot our a glass of wine even we asked for it TWO TIMES. Very nasty restaurant, nasty manager and nast food.

all I requested was a house salad. it was delivered to me by my roommate. I called it in and had it scheduled for 12:45 which was my lunch time for today...well Im no math genius but if Im located 15 mins away scheduled it for 12:45 but called it in at 11:30 letting them know the time Id be coming in...how tf does he get here at 12:48 and my breadsticks are like bricks? plus NO fork for my salad. I dont want to exaggerate too much since Im pregnant nd dumb things bother me but had my job not had SPORKS -_- (I hate sporks soooo much) I wouldve been stuck just looking at it. Im not a fan of their breadsticks anyway but had I been, itd be nice to get them hot. 4 stars for a great salad my crotons still had crunch nd the lettuce although very thick seemed to be fairly fresh. wish it came with more than 1 hot pepper but eh Im just complaining now.....btw it was 6 bucks! Red Lobster Cesar salad is like 2.50 nd you get the bomb ass cheesy bread thats still hot!
