Alonas is one of my favorite places in Bristol to eat. Great lunch specials, but definitely go for her international specials for dinner. Her food is wonderful, but she is also one of the nicest people Ive ever met. We went there for my mothers birthday and not only did she get a free dessert like many restaurants do, but Alona got her a birthday card and had the whole staff sign it! That is really going above and beyond caring for your patrons!

So glad i found and tried this little gem. They serve a menu based on a "country of the week" when they serve traditional foods from the chosen international location. There is also a set menu you can order from if you arent feeling the weekly special. I ordered from the set menu because i wasnt really wanting to try the special, however i keep an eye out for certain countries on their sign that Im dying to try. The food was really good

A hidden Gem! Be adventurous and try the weekly international special, excellent dishes at a great bargain. Enjoy watching the video clips from the selected country while dining on exceptional food. Alona takes great pride in her creations and it shows. Service was just perfect too. You will be glad you stopped in. This is my favorite restaurant in Bristol so far!

I have no hesitations about recommending this place! The variety of weekly specials featuring different foods is a treat. The 4 course special featured each week is very nicely done and presented beautifully. It will make you want to visit every week, because each one is very hard to miss.

We were here for the Ireland weekend. Stuffed cabbage tomato dill soup, smoked salmon on soda bread w whiskey cream cheese, Sheppard pie, and Irish Cream cheese cake w Guineas chocolate genache! You cannot go wrong here. We have NEVER had a bad meal here. Best kept secret in Bristol!

Would have given 5 stars but I waited 40 minutes for lunch and had to get it to go - only an hour lunch break. Food was fantastic. Best chicken salad I have ever had. Really wish the wait wasnt that long but I will give another shot for dinner when I dont have time constraints.

The food is mouthwatering and down right amazing. This is a wonderful small intimate restaurant with a marvelous personality. The service is spot on and very helpful if you dont know what something is.
