Getting the table, and the food was not the problem, in fact the food was amazing. Everything was perfectly fine, but one thing..the waitress, I want to say her name was Tiffany. She made it very confusing for us to order our food. I ordered pancakes with fresh fruit on top, and she acted like she knew what I was saying but she ordered them separately, which then made me be charged for more than what I wanted. She also told my friend that her side was for free when it wasnt. We over heard her saying that shes been working here for awhile, so she shouldve been better at what she was doing. She shouldve double checked the order one more time, because while she was taking it she seemed unsure for herself. I understand things happen and it gets busy, Im also not the one to usually complain. However, the way she assisted us was not acceptable and made things more complicated than it had to be. However, I want to say it was the manager, was extremely helpful and did almost everything he could to make sure this was corrected despite the busy atmosphere.

I love Cracker Barrel, and have eaten there my whole life (just not this location) and always have spectacular service. But I have now ordered at this location my lunch to go on several different days for the past month and a half and I have yet to not had my order either be wrong and or 30 minutes late. I call ahead from my work, order, and get told itll be ready in 15-20 min almost every time. I come around 20-30 min later, just to give them some space because I know lunches can be busy, and often because Im busy at work. I then stand there for 10-20 minutes waiting, watching the really nice cashiers calling back several times to remind, and then finally getting it with barely a "sorry for your inconvenience" from the kitchen. I know Im not a sit down customer, but I am still business.

Ive hit this Cracker Bargel a few times and I quite like it. I mean: It aint White House, but what is?! White House is like the patty field where retail goes to blossom. Like: Look, Son, see them high reeds surrounded by all that low turf in the cow pasture? We call that a White House, Boy! Anywho... this particular store is bit different from most in that its not easily found and accessed from the Interstate. Like they hidin it. And this makes a bit of difference in this Cracker Bargels feel. Either way, not usually beat up like most. Easy to park, with a front parking lot layout unlike most. Lot ample and usually not tore up. Quiet and enjoyable dining experience inside. Plus they have them old-school hornroot candies Grandma used to give me.

The restaurant was in total disarray late in the evening for dinner. I felt like they where totally short staffed in that there where more dirty tables with dishes on them than tables with customers at them. There was a wait but no tables availabe due to dirty dishes.. No dinner menu was available when we sat down and the Hostess never returned one as she said she would. Kudos to our server though, Yolanda, for doing everything she could to make things better. (She is the only reason this is a 3 star and not a 1 star). Not your customary Cracker Barrel experience that I have had at numerous other stores.

Server couldnt decide if he was our server and was going to wait on us or not. When he decided he was our server, he took our drink order a second time. He did not get the food order correct. When he refilled drinks, he tried to give us sweet tea, instead of unsweet. Manager made excuses for server. Said it was new management, which is ridiculous for a manager to say. Manager came back to table a third time and offered to comp the meal that was wrong. Just whole thing was handled incorrectly with sloppy service and excuses made left and right.

I went to this location on Friday, July 10, 2015I @ 11:00 am. I met someone for lunch. We ordered with mine being the Haddock. I asked for "no breading" on my fish. My guest received his meal.. I waited & waited for mine.. He finished.. I waited. The cook.. Again.. Did not read the ticket correctly.. My meal was delivered by the manager.. Smaller portion and broken into pieces. This location is not as friendly as others and i will not recommend it to anyone.. One star because thats as low as i can go.. I would rather rate Zero Stars.

I cant remember our waiters name, but he was the best and nicest server we have experienced at not only Cracker Barrel, but at any other restaurants we have ate at. He was friendly and efficient , and he even gave me a hug as we were leaving. After having an absolutely rude rude rude waitress at Logans a few weeks prior, he was amazing! We actually over heard the waitress arguing with the hostess because she sat us in her area , and it was not her turn to be seated. Anyway, food was also good, and service was excellent .

Even though the place was empty at 3pm, we had to wait 15 minutes and see 3 hostesses before we were seated. Then our table, chairs and the floor beneath where dirty. Hostess got a rag in an attempt to sort of clean the cups and liquid off of the floor. Server said only what he had to. Food took over 30 minutes (again the place was empty). The biscuits were salty, blueberry pancakes were bland and burnt, green beans were from a can. Everything else was just okay.

One of the worst cracker barrels I have ever been to.. The proportions were small, food was cold and to top it off, my son was eating his apples and there was a piece of metal shard which looked to be from a can opener, in his apples.. We gave it to our waiter and then the manager came to the table asking if he needed medical attention and we told him no he was ok but lucky, and he said ok and walked away.. Will never return back..

Usually fast, friendly service, but this was an anomaly. Last time here service was slow, maybe so new workers, Ill give them the benefit of the doubt. This time, we waited nearly 15 minutes after being seated. Then after placing our order, everyone else that came after us receiving their order, we left after 30 minutes. No waitress in this time, mind you. Horrible service. Please avoid this cool springs location.

You know what youre going to get at Cracker Barrel: a fun country store filled with great treats, gifts, and the essential audiobooks for a roadtrip. The service at this location has been mostly exceptional (although we did have a server last time that seemed fresh off the boat) and the food has always been amazing. We love coming here for breakfast on the weekends and its family friendly!

Always a nice place to go for a warm, homey atmosphere and comfort food. I think they have the best fish and fried shimp! Love the shop and the fireplace and the fact that each Cracker Barrell is the same so when Im traveling I feel close to home when I visit one of these restaurants.
