I placed an order for delivery on a Wednesday night around 5:20. The expected delivery was 45 mins. It was delivered at 6:30, not a big deal. The food was still hot, but I did not receive the correct order. I had ordered shrimp lo mein and chicken and mushrooms. I received chicken lo mein and chicken and broccoli. I called China Moon back to request an exchange. After I explained the situation and let them know Id be happy to give the uneaten food back, they placed me on hold. I was on hold for 5 mins, taken off hold, then the call ended. I called back and let them know I was the person waiting on hold. The lady I was previously speaking with told me I had ordered the broccoli chicken and chicken lo mein. I told them that I did not order that and I have not ate any of the food and I would appreciate if they exchanged the food and I would even pay for the difference if I wasnt charged. The woman then passed me off to a different lady and I had to explain what the issue was again. She proceeded to tell me that I had to have ordered what I received because the two meals are completely different. I agreed that yes they are two completely different meals, but I did order the shrip and mushroom and was willing to pay the difference if I wasnt charged for it. They then agreed to exchange the food but asked if I would bring the food back to them. I told them that the entire reason I wanted delivery was because I did not want to leave the house. The woman eventually agreed to deliver my corrected order. After waiting over an hour they showed back up at 8:00pm. The bag was completely drenched in sauce along with everything inside. Needless to say I am never ever ever ever going to give them another penny.

I live pretty close to this location. My family orders take out and delivery a couple times a month. The food is always delicious but the customer service is quite inconsistent. A few months ago, we ordered take out. It was a weekend and it was pretty busy but when we arrived to pick up our order, nothing was ready. We ended up waiting nearly 35 minutes for out take out order. Last night, we ordered delivery. After about an hour, I called to check on it. The response was, "Its almost on the way". I waited another 30 minutes. Called again and was told to hold while they called the driver. My call was disconnected. I waited a few more minutes and called again. A man answered this time but by then the doorbell was ringing. Finally! Our food had arrived. We mentioned to the delivery driver that we had been waiting an hour and a half and he apologized and said he had just gotten our food. It was evident that he was telling the truth as our food was piping hot. Chinese food is a pretty quick thing to cook. It seems like they hadnt even started our meals until I call and hour after placing our order. Such a shame. We really enjoy the food here but we are considering exploring other options in the area at this point.

I have no idea why "please and thank you" seem not to be essential to a business. The young lady that works the front counter is very rude and I have never heard the words please or thank you from her. True the food is good but the customer service is below average. This is part of the reason why businesses do not care about the way that they treat consumers. Businesses have a snob attitude because they know that people will attempt the bad service due to the good product. Also I agree the delivery timeframe is in some much needed work. If a company says up to a 30 minute delivery time then FYI 45 minutes is unacceptable.

We made a delivery order, and was told it would be 45 minutes. After an hour and a half we called back, and were told theyd be there shortly. After 2 hours we called again and asked them to call the delivery guy to find out how much longer, she said she would call us back. We had to call again, just for her to tell us that she hadnt been able to get ahold of him and would try again if wed like. Horrible delivery service and customer service. With so many options out there, I would not recommend this to be your first, second, or third choice.

Long time neighborhood favorite, but food quality has declined. Specifically, the taste & texture of the battered chicken for certain dishes. I usually get sesame chicken or the general tsos chicken & its been a long time since Ive gotten some that wasnt tough & hard to chew. The shrimp fried rice is good, but shrimp could be cleaned better & more plentiful for the price. Other than that the people are friendly enough & I hope they step it back up because its a great place otherwise & I hate shopping around for new fave food spots lol

I have had delivery from here before and was always satisfied with it. However I place my order online and after waiting an hour I called to check on it. they them told me I was to far for them to deliver. Sure didnt stop them from charging my card. Better be sure they deliver where you are...cause they sure as hell wont. It has only been a few months since my last order and they delivered it then.

Ordered Saturday night and my lo me in was sour tasting (not in a good way) so I didnt eat it. Thank god because my husband ate all his general tso chicken and has been in intestinal distress ever since. He even missed a day of work. Sure they deliver, but from now on Ill drive to China Spring. They dont deliver, but at least we wont get sick!

Ive ordered delivery from China Moon twice now. The first time it was ok at best. The last time it was horrible. Everything that we ordered was completely over fried and tasted like it was left over from the day before. I will never eat here again. At least the delivery was on time.

Pretty good. Basic Chinese food menu. Inside what you would expect. I got takeout fried rice . Took about 8 min. Really good and everybody was nice

Its only good half of the time. And the other half is really bad. Overcooked chicken is normal. So hard you cant even stick your fork in.

Love it. Crab ragoon is amazing . So is the beef lomein. Just hate the fact that i was quoted 40 mind and it took an hour and 20 mins
