I came into the establishment and the Asian cook was playing trap music walking in the door from the back of the building .It appears he was smoking.I was thinking that he would turn the music down as he entered the building.I looked at the waitress and asked is he going to turn the music down and she said she didnt know as she just got there.Her name was Amethyst.I told her to hat the music was too loud and I probably wouldnt eat here.I asked who the Manage was and they said Rebecca ,but she wasnt there yet.The cook touched his shirt where his phone was and I assumed he was adjusting the volume.So I told Amethyst that I would eat my food there as I didnt want to eat my All Star meal in my car .The cook said order up and I saw my food being packed in to go containers as the cook continued to blast his music.I said I was going to complain to management as I have never experienced this kind of blatant disrespect for a customer in my times of going to a waffles use establishment.The music went from Tupac,to the dream to reggae as he continued to scroll through his music list.Very unprofessional and rude and no one seemed to care.I was the first customer and the staff just cooked their own meals and sat down to eat like it was normal.

Mannnnnn DONT EVER GO TO THIS WAFFLE HOUSE !!!! THE MANAGEMENT SUCKS ASS !!! I WILL NEVER AND I DO MEAN NEVER STEP A FOOT IN THIS WAFFLE HOUSE OR ANY WAFFLE HOUSE FOR THAT MATTER .....I WAS DINING IN AND AND AN EMPLOYEE WAS LITERALLY MOPPING THE FLOOR RIGHT BY US ! DISGUSTING AND WHEN ME AND MY GIRLFRIEND SAID SOMETHING ABOUT IT HE THOUGHT IT WAS SO FUNNY THE MANAGER THEN TOLD ME HE HAD TO DO IT INSTEAD OF BEING POLITE AND ASKING WAS IT OK THEY JUST THOUGHT IT WAS RUDE DECIDED TO KICK US OUT CALLED US BITCHES AND ALL I AM VERY DISSATISFIED AND I WILL NEVER EVER EAT HERE AGAIN THE MANAGER THEN COMPLAINED TO THE POLICE THAT SHES HAD PROBLEMS OUT OF US BUT IVE NEVER ATE INSIDE THE RESTRUARUNT SADDDDDDDDDDD .....YALL NEED A NEW 3RD SHIFT MANAGER AND SHIFT !!!!!!

Last time I go to this waffle house. As usual, its like sitting in a meat locker with a turbine fan blowing on you. The staff doesnt care in the slightest when you ask if they can turn the AC down. It was 61 outside and maybe colder inside. My food was ice cold in no time. I asked for wheat bread and got white. I asked for warm syrup when I ordered since I knew the waffle would get cold fast with the inside temp, brought me cold. The music was blasting like a rock concert. If I could give no stars, I would have.

I have had the pleasure of dining in as well as carry out at this particular Waffle House and anytime of the day that I come Ive always received excellent customer service and my food has and is always of great expectation. Sat down to have dinner on 3/7/17 and after the waitress put our silverware down, a roach crawled across the table onto my silverware! She said it had been weeks since she had seen a roach in this place. Order was not done correctly and they took $2 off the bill for the bugs. I cant honestly go back to this place. If there is one roach, there are definately tons more! Stay away!

Not your normal Waffle House! Very busy, yet fast service. Waitress was attentive and fast. Food was cooked perfectly. I was asked if I wanted my easy over eggs with just yoke, or yoke and whites runny, and it was served perfect (both runny)! Hashbrowns were perfectly crispy. Full house when we sat down, and my coffee cup never made it past 3/4 full.

The food is great but even the best cook cant make up for awful service. It was utterly pathetic, waited over 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge us, server wasnt friendly in the least and never got a refill on drinks. I have never not tipped before but I didnt that night. Poor service overrides even the best room. Dont plan to return with my business.

One of the best Waffle House locations Ive been to. The staff are all nice, quick to check on customers and take care of anything they need. The food typically gets to the table quickly, and tastes good. As far as Ive noticed, the restaurant has always been extremely clean. Dont come expecting the epitome of fine dining and you should leave satisfied.

The flies here on Sunday morning are unbearable. The staff seems overworked, has the communication skills of a wall. Its not that are rude but seem to care less if I feel welcome or are happy. Ill go to the one on 221 from now on.

Horrible. No hashbrown. The cook touching the food all over even pressing it with her own hands. Dirty and wet full of dirty black water... Service the worst. Dont waste ur time and money coming here...

They have good food, but there is too much smoke and the food is more expensive than it should be. I dont like the crowd there and it is definitely not a place that I would like to go back to.
