If I could rate my experience zero stars, thats what this shop would get. The kid at the register had a poor attitude and acted as though he was annoyed at having to take our order. My wife asked for a salad with grilled chicken and all of the cold veggies that they have, and vinegar and oil for dressing. When arriving home, we realized that the salad had been stuffed into the bag on its side, and included only lettuce, tomatoes, and chicken salad...no onions, no pickles, no banana peppers, no mushrooms. This "salad" was also VERY small...about the size of a Wenys SIDE salad that sells for 1/3 the price. Our fries were cold and limp, and the iced tea was stale. Bad attitude, poor service, and hastily prepared food = WE WILL NOT RETURN!! Oh, and by the way...the same rude kid that took our and other patrons orders, then turned around and began handling food without washing his hand or putting on gloves!! Disgusting!!

This was the first time eating at the Scott Depot Penn Station and we were very disappointed with the service and cleanliness of the store. Every table was dirty so we had to wipe down our table before eating. The floor was sticky everywhere from spilled pop and the womens restroom floor was filthy with the large roll of toilet paper laying on the floor rather than installed in the dispenser. The food wasnt worth the $15.02 that we spent and the employees disappeared when there was no one at the register. We purchased a large fry and about 90% of them were less than 1/2 inch long and were very crispy (aka bottom of the fry pan). My family does not plan to eat here again.

Every Tuesday after 5 pm is the Family Night special: order any size sub and get a second 6 inch sub for free. A great bargain on the highest quality ingredients sandwich in the area!

Best cheese steak around and the pizza sub is excellent. Ive been here many times and have never been disappointed, the food always comes out looking and tasting good.
