Edit 1/25/2016: BWW food remains great. The wings, the sides, the drinks, and everything else are all fantastic. Service, however, has gone downhill tremendously. A solid 25% of my visits require me going to a captain or manager before the server even comes to my table. Even on a busy night, these servers should make a point to come by a table and at least introduce themselves and get drink orders. I dont know if its because the restaurant is understaffed or because many of the servers are incompetent, but this does not bode well for the continued success of the restaurant. I go to Buffalo Wild Wings at least weekly, and its always fantastic. The food is all great, especially their wings (try the Jammin Jalapeno). Prices are reasonable on food as well as drinks, especially during happy hour or on 60 cent wing Tuesday. Portions are pretty big, and there is a large variety of flavors. Decor is that of a typical sports bar, but a little more appealing than most. Plenty of TVs on a range of sports, trivia games, seating in dining areas, high tops, and outdoors if the weather is nice. Management and servers are generally pretty awesome. Erica and Baxter are especially cool, getting whatever you need promptly, and fixing any problems that may come up with your order. If I end up getting a particularly bad server, management is quick to apologize and fix it with a discounted order and putting a different server on your table if necessary. I have no problem recommending BWW to anyone looking for a good meal and fun time.

We rarely come here because each visit is worse than the last. This time we got there and got seated it took several minutes for the server to even come over to our table to greet us. She wasnt very knowledgeable about the beers my husband asked about and also did not even know what they were out of since he orders 3 different beers before finally getting one they had. She had to go to the bar or computer each time to ask. Then we ordered an appetizer(the loaded nachos) and it got there long before my husbands beer even made it. But even that didnt come out right. The chicken was cold and they forgot the salsa. The servers response to the missing salsa was "It was just sitting back there." Then my husbands beer finally arrives after nearly 20 mins and the servers excuse was "something is going on with the bartender". We finally got to order our wings and then had a long wait for those as well (about 45 mins). Our server rarely even came by the table. Management never came by the table. Servers were just standing around watching the game or talking. Our food was mediocre at best and we had to sit for over 30 mins before we even saw the server again to ask for the check and a box. We got this tiny box for our leftovers and had to shove them into it. I had my 1 1/2 year old who was getting fussy from all the waiting we had to do. We will NOT be returning to this particular restaurant ever.

I dont even know where to start. First and foremost, the only reason this gets two stars is because we love their overpriced wings. As for the service, atmosphere, wait times, prices, and cleanliness, this place SUCKS. We went several times, each time hoping the service would improve, but after our last visit finally decided we would not return. The staff members are incompetent (dont expect much more from Spartanburg). Each time we go, the place seems overstaffed with people just standing around not knowing what to do while customers sit thirsty and hungry. Not what I expect for wings at $1 each, and I certainly didnt earn the money I came to spend by sitting around looking confused. When they do manage to get our simple order right and have it out in a timely fashion, the wings are delicious - the only reason weve gone back multiple times. Perhaps we will try other locations, but AVOID this one at all costs if you want to be served in a timely fashion and have decent service without attitude.

So new years day, 01/01/17, we go for lunch. We know there is gonna be a wait and we are fine. We are seated right away and then it takes a few for our waiter to greet us. He gets our drinks but it takes forever to get them. Then he takes our order. Takes quite a while to get our food. It was coming out one at a time. The people who brought our food didnt even know what flavor the wings were. Then they brought my husbands wings which were supposed to be boneless. They took it back and it took an hour for the new wings to come out. The waiter told me so many people called out. Well thats when management should step up and wait tables, not bring food to the tables and say "this is terryaki"-manager "I ordered bbq"-friend "I think this is bbq"manager. It was such aweful service this day.

Buffalo Wild Wings is a mixed bag... a mixed bag of weekly value specials and mediocre food. The wings arent bad if you go at the right time, and the right time is Tuesday! 60 cent wings, now that may still sound like a bit much, but you can get 20 wings for $13 (total). Very reasonable price. On Thursdays, the same special applies to the boneless wings, but highly recommend Tuesday for the traditional bone-in wings. Appetizers arent bad here. Fries are fries, but I love buffalo seasoning on them. I absolutely love the tortilla chips, so get those if you can. It is not recommended to go during weekends. Service is slow, but as I said before, youre good if you go at the right time of week. Thanks for reading my review of Buffalo Wild Wings @ Ezell, Spartanburg locals! ;)

This is the 3rd time in the last 3 years my wife and I have been here and every time the service gets worse and worse. It is like it is run by a halfway house of convicts who are only there because they have to be there. No smiles, no courtesy, just here is your food after 45 minutes of waiting and just be thankful it didnt take another 15. We had plans for dinner and a movie, but the movie was out of the question after we got to the restaurant at 8 and didnt get our check until 10. Piss poor service would be an overstatement. I understand it is wing Tuesday, but it is like this all of the days of the week. Save yourself a bunch of headaches and order wings from wingstop or drive to Greenville to avoid the McDonalds workers trying to act like servers.

We have been to this restaurant many times. Usually the service is bad but the food is good. We went at night and apparently the service and food just get worse after dark. My boneless wings were cold and over cooked. My fries were old as well. She brought me new fries that were undercooked. We got a simple scoop of ice cream and it was freezer burned. And the waitress had a terrible attitude the entire time. She complained about her terrible day every time she walked by or brought us something. And she and the other employees were more concerned with flirting and touching each other than taking care of their guests. We even had to get up from the table and ask for refills.
