I took my daughter out for a little "mother/daughter" time to the restaurant of her choosing. At first we were kind of ignored at the front door...and while we were finally seated...there was little friendliness. We were seated at the booth near the kitchen door...where we were subjected to some very loud and raucous behavior in the back of the house. Our server seemed to be caught up in whatever "tomfoolery" that was going on in the kitchen...and while she brought our drinks fairly quickly...when we were ready to order...she was nowhere to be found. Please understand that we were one of very few tables in the store...as we came in around 2 to avoid the lunch and dinner crowds. We were finally able to place our order...and we both ordered salads...she had the Caesar salad...and I opted for the wedge. The tomatoes on both salads tasted spoiled...one even had a large black spot in the middle of it...rendering the salads tasting kind of "tainted. My daughter (who had been salivating all day over the JD ribs) ordered a full rack of ribs...while I ordered the sirloin (medium rare) and side ribs. Her ribs..she informed me with a huge MMMMM...and side of mac and cheese were pretty good. My steak...ordered medium rare...was still purple in the middle...I tried to eat a piece of it...as I dont really like to complain. I waved the server over and informed her that my steak (the piece of which I was still trying to chew enough to swallow it) was needing a little more time on the grill. She took it back to the kitchen...which was still very much alive with the loud prep women and (who I assume) the cooks. The server came back with my steak and asked me to cut into it to see if it was properly cooked this time. I cut into the top enough to pull it back and see that it was better cooked to my order...and informed the server as such. Boy...should I have kept her there! I tried to cut through the bottom part of my steak...only to find myself sawing into it like a lumberjack. I flipped the steak over...and found the bottom burnt beyond the recognition of a steak. I again called the server over...who offered me another steak...which I refused...since my daughter was already done eating. No manager visit...which I found pretty strange...as I knew he was still there...I saw his head in the door of the kitchen...gossiping with the kitchen help, This is one TGIF I will not visit again. Just wanted to weigh in on my experience at this location...which up until this visit...was a pretty good place to grab a meal. Not expecting any sort of retribution...it just would have been nice to not feel as if I had to apologize for sending back my steak and hoping for the best. Thank you.

Swung through real quick on the way home from the casino, the food was what I expected from a Fridays but what really stood out was the service from the waiter and hostess that we got. The hostess whose name I dont remember unfortunately (a gentleman with glasses and long hair) was very inviting and friendly when he greeted us. Our waiter was also incredible, his name was Corey. He was very attentive, did not rush us one bit and always made sure he was taken care of. Both of these gentlemen deserve a raise and a ton of recognition!!!! This specific Fridays had legitimately the friendliest service Ive ever had at a restaurant, all because of these two!

Had a wonderful time and great experience, order the steak and ribs with Mac and broccoli. Our server was amazing, nice, and super sweet, I wish I could remember her name. She checked on us right away got our drink and took our order right away, she made sure everything was correct and that our steak was cooked correctly, which it was. Everything tasted amazing and she offered us dessert which I wish I would of saved room for. But our meal was very enjoyable and I would go back again if she was my server! Really wish I remembered her name, but its hard after you have a kid. Highly recommended yall.

First thing the booths are uncomfortable as hell... The server was great, I had to wait a little longer than I wanted at times but I would rather wait than be bugged so that was perfectly ok...the burger tasted great but the patties were half the size of picture...the pretzel sticks with beer cheese dip was amazing...place was pretty clean no complaints there...and I got my food pretty quick and it was hot off the grill All in all I give it 3 stars for comfort and misrepresentation and 5 stars for service and food quality...making it about a 4 overall

The floors a few weeks ago were so greasy and slippery and my wife is pregnant almost fell mentioned to waitress she explained it is the cleaner they use. Well advice use a different cleaner. The prices are to high for smaller portions especially for the food that is not even that good unless smothered with jack Daniels sauce. Wont be back to this Fridays Bob Evans or Cracker Barrel here we come !!! The waitress was only highlight she could take 4 peoples order without even writing it down and was pin point!!!!

Service was very slow, she blamed the kitchen but to sit a wait for iced tea and to pay the bill? Not the kitchen"s fault for that, however the dehydrated potato skins were, cold, dry and tasteless, thank goodness for sour cream. Boneless wings were okay but not served hot, kitchen or server? Fried pickles were ungodly salty, guess they were making up for no salt on potatoes? Not my first choice next time Im in town.

Several concerns here including incorrect bills and incorrect change delivered by our less than attentive waitress. These were addressed very quickly and with a gracious attitude by Rebecca the manager on duty. Overall the servers were attentive and filled in for our server. The food was delicious and we will certainly visit again due to the managers attention and attitude.

"Turkey" was 2 slices of rolled up lunch meat, not slices of real turkey as you would think on a supposed restaurant quality turkey, bacon, avocado sandwich!!! I always dive into my fries first, while they are hot - NOT even luke warm!! French onion soup was piping hot, almost 100% cheese and bread with barely any broth and onion. Will NOT be eating at TGIF again!

It took forever for us to get seated, took forever for us to get our drinks & food and then when we got our food it was cold and disgusting. Our waitress never even showed up to take our order so they had to send someone else out to take our food orders. I would definitely never go to this place again.

It was absolutely horrible. Found a hair in my food. Said they were running a special on a rack of ribs with 2 sides. Bill came to $34.76 for 2 and we drank water. When we asked how it could be that amount, our sides were extra! NEVER GOING BACK. IT WAS AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE AND FOOD WAS HORRIBLE!

Smallest chicken breast known to man. Over cooked as well. The broccoli was good though. Others in party had order come out wrong. The place was dead so issues were not because they were too busy... Hard to find a chain restraunt where the folks actually care about the quality of the experience

The food was good but the service was extremely terrible. Our waiter was clearly homophobic so he was very rude to my girlfriend (he kept referring to her as a man) and made us both very uncomfortable. Were from Cali and we have never been so discriminated against.
