Spent $100 for 6 people (2 of which ordered off the kids menu and 1 who only had a small appetizer) which okay I understand big group big bill but to start off, the server asked us what we wanted to drink and wasnt half paying attention and ended up getting them wrong. Then we got our soup and salad. My husbands soup had pink undercooked chicken in it and the salad was 65% onion. We then received entrees. Lasagna was nothing but a plate of bland sauce, chicken Alfredo was overcooked noodles were hard, was so dry I couldnt eat it. Asked for more sauce and he brought me about a teaspoon more. I have up trying to eat it. Kids wouldnt even eat their food. Drinks ran empty for so long that another server noticed and decided to get us some drink. Very disappointed!!! It was about the same as ripping up a$100 for nothing more than a stomach ache.

Olive Garden has always been one of our favorite restaurants, but after the terrible service we received at this Rock Hill location, we will not go back there again! We arrived at 4:00PM on a Monday afternoon and there was no one else waiting ahead of us. We assumed we would be seated right away but we were told we had to wait because there was only ONE server. (I am not sure what that meant because in fact we saw several employees walking about- I guess they were not SERVERS?) Well after waiting a good 15 minutes without any sign of being waited on AND without any kind of an apology, we walked out and went to the Longhorn Steakhouse down the street. There we got seated immediately, had good attentive service, and a fabulous meal! Be assured when we do decide to go to Olive Garden, it will not be this one in Rock Hill!

We have eaten here about 5 times. Each time we have went the staff has been very friendly and nice and the restaurant is very clean. Twice my sister ordered spagetti with meatballs and both times the meatballs were still frozen inside. My husband ordered spagetti and meatballs on a different occasion and his beatballs were also still frozen inside. Also he ordered the chicken parm the next time we went and the same thing....it was cold and icy. So 4 out of 5 times we have had still frozen food on our plates. Very disapointing. I could understand one time but not on every visit. Manager didnt even come over and talk to us at any time this happened. Very disapointing.

Wanted to write this after going late this evening. We had a mishap during our meal, but the customer service we received from the staff, especially the manager, far exceeded our expectations. We felt heard, and that our complaint was taken seriously and addressed with utmost professionalism. The food and drinks we ordered were very tasty, and our server made sure we had what we needed. I know this was a chain store and that it can get very busy and hectic at times, but this location has excellent staff and that makes it worth the trip. But if you dont like to wait for good quality, then come later in the evening. I definitely recommend this Olive Garden.

K the tablets are a sham they have no posting saying its a charge to play the games. The portion size of our $11 and $13 meals where way small I have been to Olive garden before but it seems there pricing compared to portion and quality have gone way down not so nice anymore. Our waitress was rude and judgemental we presented a coupon that I got from a school fudraiser and she rolled her eyes and said "what do u want taken off" as she glared at me.( Considering we left hungry I was glad for the coupon tho) It was not a good experience and this *nice middle class* placeis not what it used to be.

Good food, you know what you get at Olive Garden, its chain Italian fare. If youve eaten at one youve eaten at them all. The wait staff is really responsive and friendly. Never had to wait long at this location for my server or orders. The bar area is another story. On the weekends at peak evening hours you may not even have your bartender acknowledge you even if you are sitting directly in front of them. Usually it also is good service, but when they get on the weeds they get on the weeds. Buy prepared to wait during peak times.

We visited Olive Garden at 4:30 P.M. on Nov. 17, 2016. The service was good. The food? We ordered the Tilapia Piccata. The zucchini squash was supposed to be Parmesan crusted. The zucchini was barely warmed up raw zucchini without any noticeable coating, other than maybe a little butter. The fish was not real tasty either. Overall it was not a satisfactory meal. Thankfully the manager was very nice. He came and talked to us, and he did not charge us for the meal.

When you can actually get seated, and served things are OK. This place obviously Has internal issues as the staff is never the same, never seen the same employee twice with the exception of the dish washer. As Im sitting here writing this review I am being told there is a 25-30 minute wait but there are at least 20 tables open and barely anyone here. Darden brands does a terrible job with this location. Only this location do we experience repetitive, ongoing, issues!

What a ripoff! Wont go back! High prices for McDonalds quality food!! Went for Dads birthday, asked waitress if they did anything for birthdays (note my bill was already $85 at this point!!) She told us, very sarcastic and condescending like, "well I can have my manager come over here and thank u for choosing Olive Garden" ARE U KIDDING ME!!?? can we get a song? How about even OFFER me a dessert menu!!?? NEVER, NEVER, EVER WILL GO BACK.

We had to wait 50 minutes at 4 p.m. In the afternoon. Its 6:17 and 3 people at our table still have not received food. Usually this place does better but today they have failed on food and serve has been poor. We have 2 servers for our table and neither one has really keep up with us. We are a party of 12. Out of the 12 2 are servers at other restaurants. They are really upset. Today wasnt a good day at Olive Garden.

I normally love the Olive Garden, but this was not an enjoyable trip. I had family in from Switzerland and was excited to have a family meal together. The food was good enough to save this from a 1 star, but the service was not. The server even said she would send the manager over, but unlike some of our food and drinks that never showed up either.

I went last night with two of my good friends. We sat at the bar and Kelly was our bartender. Working in the restaurant industry myself, I was super happy with the service! Kelly did an amazing job, was super friendly, and went above and beyond to take care of us! She will definitely be requested when I return! Thank you for the great night out!

Most positive dinning experience Ive had in a while. Ive been twice this week due to the exceptional service received. Our server was Dale; and I dont think there is a better one out there than him. He had a smile on his face the whole time we were there and was quick to answer any questions we may have, refill drinks, salad and breadsticks etc.
