We went through the drive thru They charged us a ridiculous amount of money for no toppings, extra money for making the order wrong after they repeated back our order the correct way We waved and honked the horn several times the whole time they just stared at us instead of helping the customer after 10 minutes of that we went inside and the employees were very rude about a mistake they made and refused to help in the drive thru to the point we had to come inside Horrible management and horrible customer service and not an enjoyable experience at all and not satisfied at all with the desert they provided Your pictures and ingredients as well as pricing on the menu are false advertisement because that is not at all what you get. If there great scarce ingredients In the world fairy queen please tell me so I can try and help The cause If you think you employees are worth minimum wage they arent worth 10 cents I wouldnt hit a dog in the ass with them Im just being honest I am never coming back I am giving a shout out to the Ravenna dairy queen for being a perfect example of what fairy queen should be and just trying to look out for customers who dont deserve a bad experience or an empty wallet from these pricks her

This might just be the slowest DQ Ive ever experienced on a consistent basis. I was the 4th car in the drive thru and it took 20 mins to get all the way thru. If I request a #5, and instead of a drink ask for a blizzard, the proper answer is, sure thing, and then ring up a sandwich, fries, and a blizzard. Do not tell the customer, no we cant substitute. I almost requested it to be a sandwich/fries/blizzard, but I was a little concerned it would be too confusing for the 5 young employees to grasp. Either the leadership of this DQ needs to step up and train, or find someone who will lead. I will say, at least the food was pretty good though :)

Outstanding staff, especially Skylar... great food...gravy comes with the fries! Great atmosphere... someone took a lot of time decorating and more impressively it wasnt dusty! The fireplace really tops it off.

Long weird drive thru..been this way for years :( Then when you get to the window to pay their are dumpsters too close to the right with hoards of bees. Food is ok, ice cream is not the same as the old days....

The owner has always been..... fun. The staff is pleasant. Im really just irritated with the wifi sign on the door and then no wifi. False advertising for the win.
