I used to work there and for some reason the standard held when I was working there is completely gone! I ordered 2 sandwiches a couple fries and chicken nuggets that took 25 mins to come to me sitting in the drive Thru! Why? A rush wasnt even going on! Then whenever I asked for fresh food I am NEVER given fresh food! EVER!! Theres always something not cooked properly or been sitting for hours thats being served to me and my kids. But the very last straw is coming into the drive thru for breakfast this morning. No one in the restaurant no one in the drive thru; I order a breakfast sandwich and quess what they serve it to me on; an old bun thats been sitting!! some crusty piece of bread!!! I used to work there I know what the food is suppose to be like. When will they clean house and get people who actually wanna work instead of 1000 teen march to run that place!!!!!!

With a family of 5 we used to eat there often. My wife usually does the drive threw and brings the food home. 8 out of 10 times the mess up our order. Just today she ordered me a double whopper and they made a single. Often the mess up my wifes sandwich of a double bacon cheeseburger minus ketchup. Her order is at the least 9 out of 10 times wrong. This place has gone down hill as years ago this rarely happened. I refuse to drive 20 minutes back to BK and 20 minutes back home. I will just no longer purchase food from this location.

Today is Monday. The onion rings I received with my order were perhaps.....cooked last Friday. They were cold, hard, tasteless and disgusting. The "King" would not consume your product or be proud of it. Shame on you!!!!!! And there is more......after considering my options, I took the onion rings into the restaurant and confronted the clerk at the counter. She simply looked at me and said, "yes, they are hard". Perhaps she is a graduate of BKs College of Customer Service. Stay clear of this place!!!!!!

This BK is awful. The restaurant is disgustingly filthy. They under and overcook the food. Today the cook literally ate hash browns out of a container that was then served to the customer in front of me. I wont be back.

Employees very nice. Fries and sandswiches good. Nuggets and onion rings were nasty. Grease needs changed like last week. Dining room was freezing. We were shivering.

The slowest location I have ever been to. Nothing is made, staff just stands around, they are unfriemdly, and the store is a mess. Save your money and eat elsewhere.
