Normally LOVE Tijuana Flats and it may be because this is a new location but the service was not that great. There was not enough seating so we ended up sitting outside. It was super hot! Of course...what do you expect in August in Central Florida. When our food finally came, my husbands order was left off. After waiting 20 minutes for our food and then me inquiring, we finally received everything. The manager did end up coming out to apologize but the damage was done. Definitely will revisit and hoping this was an isolated incident since its a new location.

Great experience. They were really busy, but my food was right and good. I ordered online and it was not ready until 5-6 minutes after it should have been, but every employee was working their butts off. I was offered a complimentary drink due to the wait. I purposefully didnt go when they first opened so they could work out the glitches. I think the place is a bit too small, and they might need a couple more employees, but I was treated kindly, promptly and my food was AWESOME!!! You will see this face again for sure!

TJs is my go to place to go when Im having a bad day. The St. Cloud location is really close to home so it has become my happy place. One word of advise, though, lunch and dinner rush hour is packed. Due to their location (the smallest Ive ever seen for a Tijuana Flats), seating is at a premium during these times. That said, Ive been in often and imagine Ill be often more. Fresh food, great sauces and very friendly service.

I have been to this Tijuana before and did not have a great experience, however I decided to give them a second chance and I am glad I did. Charley was AWESOME!!! I couldnt decide what kind of chicken I wanted on my bowl and he let me sample both ( which no one has ever done before). He was friendly, patient, courteous and what ever restaurant needs. Because of him I would DEFINITELY come back. Thanks Charley

I went for lunch there it was a great experience food was perfect the staff was on point they always ask if I needed anything and when I did they were back in seconds I would refer this Tijuana flats to everyone best place in town to eat Ill be coming there more often Id say the best place Ive been to in years thanks for all the hard work yall put in to make my food perfect I give yall 5 stars

They werent busy and took 15 mins for my check BC they were to busy playing and the managers said nothing. With so many people on the clock should of been out at the expected ticket time. The cashier never repeated the order back and I said no sour cream well I had it all over my food. The girl handing the food off never repeated the order either.

I love TJ food. I have been going to this store (St. Cloud) just about once a week for 6 weeks now. Our orders are accurate and delivered quickly. The store is clean, the bathrooms are clean! The service is excellent, very attentive and helpful, not to me that super pleasant attitudes! This is a great place for food!

Ordered to-go. Entire order was wrong, fish was stale, salad was warm, no dressing was included in my to-go bag, the order was 45 min late being made after our requested pick up time. Husbands chicken burrito had huge bones inside of it. Have never been disappointed at other locations.

So I go in this place to eat for the first time and as soon as I go in it feels like im a slave St Clown style lmao..... Wow white people stop eating just to take a look at me very uncomfortable but I dont expect anything less from St Cloud and I thought it was a Mexican place lol

Love there food! Fresh! Taco bell is across the street and I cant even believe I ever went there now that we have this. Added benefit shares a building with very well known coffee place. Same building opposite sides. The drive through is dedicated to the coffee place.

Never had Tijuana flats till today and i must say this was some of the best food i have had in my life great service and vibe me and my finance have found our new favorite place to eat make sure you get it wet and the manager was awsome !!!!!! Hurry up and get here

Came into Tijuana flats in Saint Cloud, .... The worst, my food was messed up and very sloppy. I was hoping it would have been a good experience but no. The staff was really rude and acted as though they didnt care.... Definitely not coming back.

Wow. Lots of food for the price. Very tasty and friendly service. I went on Sunday afternoon and there were no tables open but one opened up in a few minutes and the staff had it cleaned and set asap. Outside dining.

The staff here is awesome! Always friendly and welcoming. Food is fresh and tasty, be sure to check out there hot sauce bar. This location gets super busy in the later evening hours, but service is still fast.
