If I could give this restaurant zero stars I would. Im very disappointed in management! The server lady is amazing I just want to add that I feel sorry for her before posting about my experience. I have eaten here a lot, but they will never get my business again. My family and I came in tonight and my children ordered the teriyaki chicken, and I ordered the hibachi chicken. ( which I have had a lot) the chef messed up and put teriyaki sauce on my hibachi. I know he made the mistake, because like I said Ive had the dish multiple times. I told the server that the mistake was made and she took my plate. Then someone brought my plate back and said the manager said he cant remake your food, because the hibachi has mushrooms and sauce like teriyaki. Which it does not. He should have just fixed my order. I asked for a to go plate and didnt eat my food because it was nasty. When I got into the car I looked up ing Jing hibachi chicken and the picture showed it does not have teriyaki sauce. I came back because I wanted a refund. I was told no, and it didnt matter if I never came back. Horrible customer service!!!

To give credit where credit is due, this place has good service. Staff was very friendly, and service was quick. Had my food ready in 10 minutes. The downside however, is the quality of food. Maybe I just got unlucky, always a possibility, but when I started eating my General Tsos chicken, there wasnt much chicken to speak of. Some pieces had tiny bits of meat-like filling, but the majority of whatever was inside the fried part was like a bready/white-pocketed filling that may or may not have been random chicken product. I dont know, but for the same price, I can drive a mile or two further and get my Chinese fix from somewhere else that actually has real chicken in their chicken for the same price.

Ive eaten here on occasion. The food is terrible and the service is the worst. Each time I ate here was a entirely different bad experience. Food was over cooked, another time under cooked. Several times i have received the wrong food and then given attitude for their mistake. Dirty plates, utensils, and overall dirty work place. Last straw was when I saw one of the cooks moping and sweeping the floor and then handle the food with his unwashed hands. They tried to give me my food and I just walked away. Please do not eat here.

We eat take out from here almost weekly at work. Staff is friendly, remember your face when you come often and the food is top notch. Mama and her two daughters run the place with some male help, and they do a darned good job. Food is classic Chinese takeout like you would get in NYC. Prices are overly fair and the servings plentiful. Always fresh, ht and priced right. Wonderful food always.

Ordered crab rangoon, sesame chicken, and vegetable lo mein. The rangoon and lo mein were unremarkable, but not bad. The chicken, however, was silly terrible. Half of the chicken pieces were crunchy empty balls of breading, and the rest were crunchy and mediocre. I dont plan on going there again, and would not recommend it to my friends or enemies.

My stars are my servers Don princiotto and Kayla are my favorites. The food is to the T great reasonable food made with care . And executed well they have this amazing week day lunch which is just enough for you and comes with a spring rolls or egg roll . Its priced only at 6 bucks. I work right across and eat here at least once a week

Been coming here since 2004-2005 and my wife and I love it! Love how they have expanded the seating area. We have both tried and love these Dishes: Crispy Honey Chicken General Tsos Chicken Mongolian Beef Eggrolls Make sure you stop by and give them a try!

Food is always good. When we first started going there, there was girl working there that had horrible customer service I dont know if she still works there, but service has definitely gotten better. It was the food that kept us coming for almost 2yrs now.

Roach infested Please dont eat here found a roach in my soup. I called them to complain and he just said "Ok sorry " they know they are infested and are serving them (roaches) in your food. I filed a formal complaint with the SC health inspectors.

Just got back home from Jing Jing totally stuffed. Was able to share a meal and appetizer with my 2 kids and still have some to take home. Meal was FANTASTIC. It was so good, our kids behaved! Excellent meal, excellent price.
