Service was nice. Ordered omelet, sausage, toast and grits. Omlet ok. Sausage pressed meat and not cooked- had to ask for it. Toast soggy. Grits were runny from a single package. Other order - two eggs over easy, biscuit, crispy bacon and fresh fruit. Result on this order- eggs still raw areas, bacon almost burnt- so was crispy!? Biscuit cold- had to ask for it. Fruit was rotten. Our water was good. Coffee was fine. On paying I told manager the fruit was rotten. He admitted he knew that and probably shouldnt have served it. Geese!

Ive eaten at most of the breakfast places within a few miles, and this is my favorite. The food is good. The restaurant is the only one that actually toasts a bagel well done so that I dont have to send it back. The home fried have good flavor and arent greasy. The grits are the real Southern deal. Service is personal and friendly -- very attentive. The prices are the best in the area, making the overall value better than average. The acoustics are good, which is a plus in season, when most places are crowded and noisy.

The food was horrible tasting. The pancakes tasted like cornbread and the vegetables in the omelet were from a can. The potatoes were not cooked all the way. The service was also horrible. Our waitress came to the table twice, once for our drinks and once to take our food order. She never replied with a "youre welcome" when I thanked her. We finished with what we were able to eat of our food and waited 20 minutes until she returned to ask if we were ready for our checks. Find an iHop.

I had memories of coming here with my mom so we went today before heading out, very disappointed!!! I ordered breakfast sandwich egg,bacon,lettuce, tomato, mayo and home fries. I received cold falling apart pieces of lettuce no tomato no egg and pieces of bacon and cheese falling off my sandwich, my friend ordered French toast and didnt even eat half it was COLD. One coffee and a sweet tea that was not good. $20.83 To many places to try, we wont be stopping again

This place was exactly what we were looking for! A vintage style, beach strip, ultra-casual pancake joint. It was cheap (but not dirt cheap ) and filling. The waitresses were appopriately southern, harried, and down to earth. A breakfast biscuit, pecan pancakes, sweet tea, and some corned beef hash and our party was satisfied, smiling and on to the beach.

Did not have the greatest experience here. Used to be a great place to eat but now many things were not "homemade", tasting awful, or the portions were small. Even the orange juice didnt taste right. Plus our wattress didnt seem overly happy to serve us. Think we will try another pancake house in the area next time!

The country Fried steak was a hockey puck well overcooked...the home fries were dam near raw...asked for scrambled with cheese received cheese spread on top of eggs...bacon was as close to raw as it could get....air-conditioning doesnt work they have floor fans running...wow worst experience Ive had in a restaurant!

Food was good but their AC was either not working or they just werent using it. They had all of their fans on and a bunch of smaller fans plugged into the outlets around the restaurant. It was 100°F+ outside so it was pretty humid inside the restaurant. Would recommend this place just wish the AC was working.

Locals BEWARE!!!! Steak and egg meal was horrible!! Steak was raw and OLD.....service was terrible.........Manage was rude and defensive instead of apologetic!!! HAD to pay for the whole meal even though it was not eatable!! This place doesnt even deserve one star!

Waitress was great, ordered breakfast specials, omlet, pancakes, bacon... food came to table cold, started looking around, carpet was balck from dirt, not a very clean place. Gave 2 star because the waitress was friendly and prompt.

Absolutely wonderful service and the food was amazing. My family of 13 went in and they sat us all together. They were very polite and prompt. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody wanting a good meal at a fair price.

The staff and customer service is great! The waffles are to die for, and the bacon!!! They let you sub out for most things and they have a variety of foods (Including Lunch options!!).

Food was obviously precooked and cold. I sent it back and got more cold bacon. My boyfriends omelet had undercooked vegetables in it. It was horrible.
