Dont waste your time or money!! This used to be my favorite place on Hilton Head Island for a quick, excellent meal. However, I am not sure if they changed management or what happened, but food quality and service are now horrible. There once soft delicious sub rolls have been replaced by a harder version that tastes like it was delivered frozen. Their cheesesteak ingredients used to be fresh, moist and a quality chicken breast chopped up. Now, it looks like they buy a frozen, pre-packaged set of chicken, peppers, onions, etc. that is poor quality and dry. Their service used to be friendly and somewhat fast. On our last visit (and it will be our last), it took 45 minutes and multiple trips to the counter for a cheesesteak, BLT, and two grilled cheese sandwiches. The other groups in the restaurant were experiencing the same huge delay as evidenced by the complaining all around us of a long wait and poor food quality.

Friendly staff and tasty ice cream...a huge variety of ice cream flavors you can choose from and...have a great day. The store is colorful inside and gives a happy atmosphere in my opinion. When we went there it was empty but suddenly it was packed. I guess in the summer you ll have to wait in the line, something that I hate no matter if it is for pastry or food or what so ever. But the ladies let us try flavors and they were smiling all the time...I enjoyed it..the prices are normal...i mean here in USA ice cream is EXPENSIVE in general but the price for USA is normal, especially since it is by the beach. Good job.

Inside is open with unique items. Large selection of ice cream and similar frozen treats. Family and I came in about an hour before closing and it was PACKED (which was a good think to us). Tried the espresso crunch, cookie monster, and cookies n cream -- all very good. The chocolate shake was pretty tasty too. Lots of ice cream shops around this area, but I highly recommend this place to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Staff is horrible we waited in line for 30 minutes and a staff member came out and said we are closing after the next family at the window. Someone else said weve been wait 30 minutes and the guy who was cleaning said you should have came here earler. The staff was unbelievably rude and we will never go back there again!!!

Ive been coming here since I was a little kid (15+ years). The ice cream is phenomenal though there is often a crowd. Go for lunch to get the grill! The food is frozen and then fried but its an excellent cheap option. The cheesy mac nuggets ( on the kids menu) are the best thing ever if you like mac and cheese!!

Timeless, ALWAYS GOOD! Came there in my 20s, then brought my kids there, now grandkids. Not only is the Ice Cream "to die for" they kick out a fantastic selection from the grill. You CAN spend more somewhere else, but not get any better food, service. A must if youre in the Coligny Area!

Not many places offer malts anymore, but the Ice Cream Cone does and they make a proper chocolate malt (vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup added). I was pleased that the waitress confirmed that I wanted it that way. It was delicious!!! So glad I tried it out!!!

Great experience. Food - from 11 to 3 is made to order. Very Good. Great ice cream - try the Birthday Cake IC - just like a rich birthday cake. Fun place, busy - worth the wait on a summers eve. Been going there for years - big part of the HHI experience.

this place was great. lots of variety. delicious ice cream. friendly service. this place is cash only no credit cards. they were nice enough to let us eat our ice cream and walk to the atm machine. we did however return to pay. they were awesome. highly recommended.

A large selection of hand-scooped ice creams, this place is used to being busy. Even when lines are out the door, the wait is only a few minutes. There is also lunch service in the deli area, with a large selection of sandwiches and a fun kids menu.

If you want the best ice cream in coligny then look no further. White chocolate raspberry does not disappoint. Theyve also improved their line. It use to be a mess to get in when it was busy. Do note that they are slammed later in the evening.

The servers are very rude. The tables are dirty. The ice cream is standard fare. This could be a wonderful little jewel in Hilton Head but instead, the servers taint the entire experience and make it NOT worth the money for 2011. DONT GO!

Great customer service. On a busy night I could see how it would get frustrating since its a small place. Some of the details could be updated (painting the outdoor seating, etc) but the clean restroom made up for that.

Really good ice cream. No hours posted and Google says they close at 1030. We arrived at 10 and the door was locked. Another customer opened the door door us. Other than that it was great.

This was the only ice cream shop we could find open at 7pm on a Wednesday in December. The attendant was very nice. My husband really enjoyed his salted caramel ice cream and waffle cone.

Great ice cream with flavors from traditional to wild. Nice atmosphere and friendly people. Worth a stop by and they offer samples till you find the one flavor that speaks to you.

The ice cream is great, and theyve got a wide variety of flavors. I recommend the Chocolate Fetish. Sadly, the delis gone, but theyve used that space to expand the dessert menu.
