Last night we waited in line for over 45 minutes! They treated everyone in line like trash. At 10:45, the crew leader locked the doors while everyone was still inside and people trying to leave! I went outside to make a call, I had to wait 10 minutes to get back in with my husband. When the crew leader finally opened the door for people to leave, it was like 10:55, I told her my husband is in line and she gave me the dirtiest look someone ever gave me. She slammed the door behind me and locked it again! I asked her what her managers name was and she said "I DONT KNOW"......FIRE HAZARD? YES! We got up to the counter and she was in the back, one person fixing orders , and the other putting everything up (while there were people still in line). They were "out" of everything...because they already put things up! Worst service I have ever experienced anywhere!

This place is awful. The table, in fact all the tables were disgusting. I had to ask for the workers to clean the table and was told they were too busy. Eventually someone came and wiped down the tables with a dirty rag leaving nasty water streaks the color of chocolate mixed with clam chowder everywhere. The service is on par with a prison kitchen. we had 3 people in our party they took only one order and jumped the rest of our people. When it was time to pay the lady at the counter decided to walk away and tell one of the other people she worked with to do it for her. This has been an F- experience. Keep up the sub par work!

I am a huge fan of marble slab, but the experience tonight was terrible. Half of our party got locked outside bc they decided to lock the doors before closing... After waiting an hour in line we were told there were no bananas for a banana split. I could see the bananas on the back counter. When I asked if those were bananas

Recently came for a Greek Week event and my ice cream was already melting by the time I got it. Not sure if the occasion caused a decrease in quality -- because Ive been here before and it wasnt this bad.

Great place for ice cream after a nice dinner in the vista. Get a small size because the ice cream is high quality and rich. Absolutely delicious and just a small amount will fill you right up.

Its a busy place on a nice evening, if youre in a hurry, try McDonalds. The ice cream is wonderful, be sure to ask for a sample if youre not sure about a new flavor.
