My wife and I came to Greenville and were going to another restaurant to have dinner,we left due to poor sanitary habits.We then decided to go to Sticky Fingers and were so glad we did!!!!The food was excellent and service was very friendly!!!The only reason I did not give 5 stars is our server who was a sweet young girl forgot to bring us our salads,however the manager BILL came over and took them off the check,also kitchen was temporarily out of dry rub ribs we ordered

Being ignored and a cold shoulder didnt endear them to me. We had come in 30 minutes before close, and after I asked if they are still accepting walk-ins the hostess goes "we close in 30, but sure". After telling me it will be a minute wait, we decide to come in. The manager walks up to the hostess then and seems extremely agitated and pretty loudly starts griping about people coming in. Something like "these are the last people since the kitchen is already clean" and "Im not accepting anymore". The manager actually makes a sign and tapes it to the door that says closed. They (5 people) then proceed to for about 10 minutes to talk about among themselves and not seat us. There was no line and empty seats. We then just left. If they had a problem serving people because its too late, then say so. Dont completely ignore them in hopes that they leave. Because it worked. Worked so good that Im not coming back ever.

Ive eaten at multiple different Sticky Fingers; the restaurants as a whole are good. This particular one, however? Gone to three times, and every time have had a bad experience. This last time, we went inside and stood up front to be seated...two different employees saw us, then ignored us and acted like they couldnt see us there. Waited for five minutes before we left - if thats how theyre going to treat us before we even get seated, I dont want to know how bad service was going to be during the meal. Again, the chain is good - plenty of great experiences at their other locations. This particular one, however...I dont know how they keep the doors open, especially somewhere as competitive as Downtown Greenville. You have to acknowledge your customers exist before they pay you, you know?

Had lunch here, not disappointed... delighted!! Had a half slab with coleslaw and broccoli. Started with the dry rub on the slab. That was tasty enough on its own, but there are five sauces at each table to try. Had to try them all. Winner: Carolina Classic with mustard, and Im not a mustard guy. Each were pretty good and true to thier names, so dont be afraid, embrace the taste! Thier serious smoking did make the ribs very lean, very little fat, and a little dry, but the sauce takes care of that easy. Also, they were not fall off the bone, which is the right way to serve ribs, fall off is over done! Great atmosphere and friendly staff, Id take my family and friends here in s heartbeat. So glad I ate here!!!

Food and service were great! I had the side item plate. Fried corn (never had before and was good), sweet potato casserole (very tasty-need more in my life), ff (seasoned. Tasted like a dry BBQ seasoning. Whatever it was, it was delicious!), broccoli (light seasoning but enough). My mother was with me and got some ribs. Decided to do the rub and put on BBQ sauce on herself. Didnt even need the BBQ sauce! The rub was tasty enough for her. Loved sitting outdoors, along the side, since it was a beautiful day! Cant wait to go back and get more of this great food! Oh, and its definitely true to its name. My moms fingers were definitely sticky, lol.

THIS PLACE IS AMONG MY FAVORITE RESTAURANTS! Always great service! Always very accommodating to customers! Food is consistently great! A few years ago one of the staff mistakenly dropped a tray of food that got a little sprinkle of barbecue on us - no big deal... But they rolled out the red carpet - that meal was free, gave us t shirts, voucher for free meal and apology! About a month ago I purchased a coupon $15 that gives $30 worth of food. This restaurant honored the coupon, treated us like we were used to being treated and DID NOT add a 24% gratuity like another local restaurant did.

I would have given more stars but its hard to over looked the cleanliness of the restaurant or should I say the lack thereof...everything from our table to the bathroom was filthy I would hate to see what the kitchen looks like. There were 3 servers literally standing over a pile of trash and not one of them thought to bend down and pick it up. I think your establishment should take pride of its restaurants and do a better job of house keeping. For me it is complete turn off when the place looks and feels dirty.

I am not a foodie. I have many dietary restriction and I found a GREAT meal at Sticky Fingers. The Fried Pickles were amazing. The sauces were so good on the smoked chicken. We had excellent service on a busy Friday night. We were walking up and down the street looking for just plain good food and we decided on this place. I am so glad we did. We were all from out of town and it was an instant mutual agreement. If you just want good food without all of the pretense - this is it.

We have visited a couple times and ts always been ok. The quality of the entrées are inconsistent. One trip the ribs are good, the next theyre tough. The service is always on the slow side and Ive never been when it was busy. We had the fried pickles this time. The batter was tasty. I had the pulled pork, ribs, and wings with slaw and baked beans. It was good.my daughter had fried chicken tenders with mac n cheese and mash potatoes. She liked it.

Came here with a group of friends from out of town. It was busy so we asked if we could be served food at the bar. The hostess said yes. The bartender first ignored us, then told us we couldnt eat at the bar. The hostess and manager got upset and moved us to a table. The manager tried to apologize by giving us free dessert. What a joke. Your bartender is an obvious racist. I will never return to this place.

BAD EXPERIENCE. service was ok. food was a disgrace. This was a busy time on a weekend night. I ordered turkey, mac and cheese and greenbeans. Turkey was dry dry dry. Greenbeans taste like straight vinegar. Mac and cheese bland. My boyfriends roast was terrible. I could spot that dry meat a mile away. Maybe they are a good restuarant, but this sure was a bad night for them, and for me.
