Everytime I go to this particular Publix there is drama. I am a couponer that follows all of the rules. I even asked for a manager today to ensure that I was following the rules so that when I got to the counter there was no issues. When I got to the register the cashier gave me a hard time and another manager did too. I am a very honest person and I hate being treated like I am a theif. This Publix makes its own rules as it goes along, isnt coupon friendly and I am starting to believe that they HATE BLACK PEOPLE! Shame on you Brandon Mall Publix! I will keep shopping at the Causeway Publix where my business is appreciated and I am respected.

Publix is always a strangely excellent experience. Every Publix, every time. You walk into a world where people make eye contact, smile at you and offer to help you . There is no sense of being part of a corporate mandate or quota. Every person is professional, competent and effortlessly nice. On top of that unique phenomenon, the products are superior. The meats are reliably high quality, the Publix brand rivals any other, the available product selection is interesting and thoughtful and the produce is like a farmers market. Publix is a rare example of how it can be done.

Worst store ever , to many managers who dont help but put the work on others . Saw 3 managers and one team leader /assistant to department manager I believe. I asked for help and it took 3 manager and 1 team leader type types to get s grocery clerk to help me. I waited to long to get the help. I wanted managers to help since others were busy . How dare you yell at others doing there job and not do yours which is to help me and not make me Waite. To much dead Waite/fat at publix. Time to get rid of higher ups . This store makes Walmart look great .

Whomever is giving a bad review about customer service must be an ex-employee or one of their friends. I just wish they would put a stop sign at one of their entrances. Since there isnt cars speed through an intersection because people think they have the right of way but they dont at that intersection. Im surprised there hasnt been more accidents , I mentioned it to a manager about a year ago and nothing has happened. Other than that , this store is very good.

The lady in the demo food was very slow to serve. I wait for her to do some wraps and after she finish 2 she said: it is going to be a while because I need to make another 2 before serving.

Great place to shop! Employees are knowledgeable and helpful. Produce is fresh and plentiful. Meat is fresh and their are plenty of options. Everything you would expect from Publix!

We stood at the deli for 35 minutes the manager just walk around and did nothing and deli workers took more then 15 minutes for 3 items for each step
