Ive been a ice cream vendor here in Florida since 1995 and I call all the suppliers every couple of years to compare prices. I called sweetheart today to get a price list so I could get their prices for sponge Bob etc. and was told they dont have a pricelist. Lady who answered said I would have to set up an account and then wait for a return call to get vocal prices. Why would I even waste my time to even set up an account if I have no idea of their prices? Lady who answered didnt seem to care when I pointed that out. Very poor service. ...everyone else has no problem sending a price list or telling you their prices over the phone.

Sweetheart goes above and beyond to make their customers informed and happy. They have a great product line and many opportunities for a person to make money selling their products. They always help me if I have a problem and are very considerate and polite. I wouldnt do business with anyone else in this segment. Thanks guys, Florida Tasty Treats

Delivering a load to them. Was told HUGE FINES if I am late. Was told to be here 04:45-05:00. Its 05:15. Nobody here. Can I charge HUGE FINES for them being late? What a freaking joke.
