Thieves! Twice....not once but TWICE this place has ripped us off. We ordered several different items both times...the guy working at the register reads back what we ordered...its all in the bag...right? WRONG! both times food was missing. We get home with our orders and food is missing! Food we paid for but did not receive. You are thieves. They know when people drive all the way home and realize that food is missing that you will not go all the way back to the restaurant. The guy at the register is a liar and a thief. We will never return to this place again.

The food here has went down hill tremendously! My sweet and sour chicken was dry and over cooked, plus my rice was burnt and tasteless! My crab rangoons had NO TASTE whatsoever and when you bit into them nothing but grease dripped out and it was all you tasted!! Lets not forget to mention that the two male workers there were rude and hateful!! The service and food used to be 8 stars, now I give it 1/2 to 1 star. WILL NOT GO BACK AND DEFINITELY SUGGEST NOT SPENDING YOUR MONEY THERE! TERRIBLY DISGUSTED WITH THIS PLACE! NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN OR HAVE NEW OWNERS

Walked in. Lady at the counter was on her cell phone. Never even looked at us or acknowledge we were there. When the phone rang, she went to answer the phone; still no response. We just turned around and left. Im not even sure she knew we were there. We use to go to this place years ago, but stopped going because the place was so dirty. It still is. The floor had food on it. We ended up going to a place in the same shopping center. When you have competition, you cant act like you are the only place in town.

WARNING!! (1st time customer) Horrible food!! We ordered wonton soup, sweet and sour chicken(with the aka. Pink sauce-TASTED TERIBBLE), sesame chicken, pepper steak (not intolerable), and 3 egg rolls. It was awful! The food tasted like the main ingredient is FORMALDEHYDE and the rice tastes like frozen substitute. Not to mention the portions are ridiculous compared to other, restraunts that are much better like, Jin Jin in Easley! TRUST ME!. TRAVEL A LITTLE FARTHER FOR BETTER FOOD!

I dont know how anyone can give these ppl a good review. They have absolutely NO customer service skills. None. He didnt even tell me how much my order was just held out his hand. Really?! An it wasnt just to me it was to several ppl in there an they said to me "not very friendly here are they?" I said no they arent. I will not come back. An when I asked for duck sauce he just pointed to a bin where they kept it. Lol Horrible. No stars for yall is what yall deserve.

YOUVE BEEN WARNED!!! Do NOT waste your money, appetite, or time. Absolutely the worst Chinese food Ive ever had. I couldnt get past the 1st 3 bites!! The food smelled like old fish grease, it had no flavor at all. The batter on the overfried wings looked like leather. The wontons were partially filled. I will NEVER eat there again. 40 bucks wasted on garbage for me and my family. We had to get an alternative meal tonight!!!

This used to be a good place to eat. Food quality is poor, customer service (that one guy that grunts at you instead of talking) is poor. There is always an odor of unwashed hair in there now. And they often leave something out of my order. These are the same folks that run No 1 China on Anderson Rd in Greenville. I havent eaten there but I can assume the food and customer service are bad there too.

Oh my gosh. I was sooo embarassed serving all the food we bought from Hong Kong. To get through the dinner, we all had to just keep laughing and making fun of it. The sauces were flavorless, blah and there were only 4 scallops in one of their scallop dishes! REALL?!!! There just wasnt lots of anything in any dish. The veggies were all mush. Nothing was crisp. Im never going there ever again.

The most disgusting food ever tasted. Ordered lomein and threw it away. It smelled rotten. Similar situation with soup. I normally dont review places, but hope to save another person from such experience. I had to take the trash out that night to get rid of the perifying smell. I should have listened to other reviews, but thought "hey, its Chinese food, cant be that bad!" Yes, yes, it can!!!

I really dont like writing bad reviews, but the food here is disgusting, possibly the worst Chinese food that Ive ever had. I really wish I would have read the reviews before coming within feet of this restaurant. I ordered the chicken and broccoli and only the chef knows when that chicken was first cooked. If I had to take a guess it would say a few days ago...never again.

Not friendly at all, the entire time we were there, they were yelling at each other very loud in the back. No thank you, no anything. The food was not the best. That mixed with NO hospitality, makes its a never return for us.

Ordered our food. Food arrived and was not what we ordered. Then the lady wanted to argue with us about what we odered and charge more even though what we had asked for was cheaper?! Will not be back.

The food was gross. I got shrimp fried rice and my rice was burnt and my shrimp looked like they werent cooked the slightest bit. Tasted horrible. Will never go back. Wanton soup even was gross.

The food is the worse. The rice was old and the meat didnt look for taste right. It really needs a visit from Gordon Ramsey. Im so happy we have a new restaurant 3 suites down. Do not eat here.
