I almost didnt try this place because of the negative reviews. They were all wrong! The entire staff was so friendly! Customer service was excellent! Smiling and talking just what you want when youre taking your family out to eat. We sat grill side and the chef was awesome as well! Spoke to everyone, had us all laughing and all of our food was absolutely delicious! It was our first time eating at Shogun but it definitely wont be our last! Thank you for a wonderful dinning experience for our family!

The food was all around poor. I was given Mackeral (Saba) that was old and rancid, when I complained about it they asked if Id ever had it before (I have many times its my favorite sushi), because they said thats how it always is. Also ordered rice and it was overcooked AND undercooked at the same time (mushy and crispy), if this place is still in business by the time Im writing this Ill be surprised.

Went in early and sat down at the table to wait on the cook. We were the only people there. A roach crawled across the other empty plates beside us. We promptly got up and left and have never returned.

Im here now and were the only people here. Ive been here for 20 minz and Im still hungry. The waitress is mentally retarded I believe and kids are in the kitchen having a blast. Food was good though.
