Restaurant full of dirty tables, hostess at front door acted as if a smile would kill her. Servers coming to front door to complain about other employees and their job to hostess. None of thr front of house employees that i encountered seemed to care about making a half way attempt at creating a mediocre impression, let alone a good impression or great dining experience. Sat at table over 10 minutes before server even came around. Manager not visible anywhere, let alone engaged with diners. It seems the entire FOH could use some serious retraining. Do not eat here, an entirely terrible experience before my order was even taken.

My husband and I ate at the Ruby Tuesday located in Easley, SC on a Wednesday night. I ordered a steak which was cooked decently enough to eat however my husband had a completely different experience. First he ordered the shrimp and grits which was totally inedible due to the solid, congealed grits. Once that was sent back he ordered a cheese burger cooked to medium well. When it arrived it was a bright red medium rare. Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else!

Waitress wore dirty smock, jeans, and tennis shoes. Food came out over 30 min. span. One of us done before the other received meal. Restaurant marginally clean. Staff uninterested and gather at bar to talk instead of taking care of customers. Salad bar below par-not fresh. Meals come with items missing--like fries. Drinks not refilled unless you flag someone down. Even mgr on duty was dressed sloppy. Restaurant has really gone downhill the last couple years.

The "new" salad bar was poorly stocked, no croutons available the entire time I was there. The guy stocking the salad bar said its supposed to be 2 people, and he had been doing it solo for a week. Dont advertise a new improved salad bar if you cant keep it stocked. The worst part is hardly anyone was eating at the time, cant imagine how it would look during a crowd. Location is managed VERY poorly, will not go back.

Seated promptly, waitress on top of getting drinks/order taked. What hppened to the great salad bar they use to have? Everything looked bad, crappy tomatoes instead of the sliced romas they had, crappy toppings, no balsamic vinegar dressing anymore. You were known for your quality salad bar, change it back before you go under. Get back to what you do best. Sometimes change for the sake of change is a bad thing.

Our party of 10 arrived at 12:45. We were seated 50 minutes later with one server. Apparently they forgot we were in the back room. I had to get the server at least 4 times for drink refills and other things. This was on a Sunday and they were severely understaffed. The manager there needs to be fired immediately. Worst service in a long time.

I work here so of course Im going to say good things about it. We have a new menu so I suggest checking it out when you get some time. Personal recommendation is the Crispy Chicken Mac n Cheese. Its a new Pasta we have that comes with two pieces of flatbread. if you want it extra cheesy ask for an extra side of the White Cheddar Cheese Sauce.

Service was poor. Place was empty, staff only came by to check on us after initial serving of food. We ran out of beverages, and had to flag kitchen staff to get servers attention. Tables left unused after diners left.... ovrrall, very unlikely to eat there again. Just relocated to area, looking for new favorite dining sites.

Horrible, ordered that photo shrimp arrived over cooked in old oil, sent it back, main meal was steak rare with lobster tail, arrived steak was half raw and half well done and lobster tail was smelly, thats rubber taste it was old and freezer burn, my recommendation is hire new manger until then avoid this Ruby Tuesdays.

Quality of food has diminished tremendously over the years. Very disappointed in the menu for awhile now so was sticking with salad bar. Cant even do that anyone. Lettuce was brown. Asked for fresh lettuce to be brought out and it wasnt much better. Coke was great though! No more Ruby Tuesday for us!

Service was terrible. Couldnt get orders right . First steak over cooked,brought another it was rare. Wanted medium. Drinks had no ice had to keep asking for ice, sure they took one meal off bill. But couldnt enjoy our meal. Took forever to get to go containers. Best part of our experience was leaving.

Horrible service, bad food...rude waitress, non-attentive manager. We went there for a late lunch on Saturday. The place was nearly empty. The food is not fresh.....I had diarrhea shortly after eating only half of my entree. The waitress was very rude. We will never return to this location.

Food is really good, but the service the last couple of times has been slow because it seems they dont have enough staff. Also, was looking forward to the salad bar and it was not kept stocked fast enough and they were completely out of their amazing croutons.

Ordered online got our food and went all the way back home just to find dry mac n cheese, well done steak was pink all the way through, the fries were overcooked, and they didnt even bother putting the mashed potatoes in the bag at all. Very expensive waste!!

Wondeful waiter John but food quality was awful and portions rediculious for what we paid salad bar was a complete wreck and they were not busy my family will spend our next 100 meal for four people with no appetizer some where else!

Service wasnt the best, the waitress was over booked, the garden bar wasnt stocked, there were employees watching the one waitress work diligently. The kitchen staff wasnt able to place orders properly.

Um..... my mom had a cockroach in her salad. Might I add that she was almost finished when we noticed. Disgusting!!!!!!! We will never be back and I suggest everyone else make other dining plans.
