I have had the pleasure of going to High Octane since it first opened and I have enjoyed every outing there. The bar is extremely clean compared to other establishments I have been in over the years, staff is always friendly and welcoming and security is always over staffed which gives off a sense of relaxation while there having fun, whether we are there as a large group, or just for girls night out. We take out of town guests there often and find everyone has a good time. With different music at both bar locations there is something for everyone. We tend to eat most nights we stay late, and breakfast is my favorite meal there. The Sausage, Egg and Cheese croissant is my go to item! The entertainment that is offered at High Octane is not comparable to any other location around us, and competes on a level you would find in a more populated area such as Tampa or Orlando. I find High Octane to not only be a great option for entertainment, but extremely charitable. There is always a function going on that is raising money or awareness for a group or charity of sorts, which to me encompasses what a local establishment in a small town community should be about.

Hey Doug / Cassandra another successful bash, love Bobby friss, always puts on a good show! A nice mixture of the songs we all grew up with. I wanted to ask you a question doug. Do you remember that ventriloquist you had on the stage I want to say about a year ago. Well I happened to be the one he picked to be on the stage to assist him ( more like I was the show, lol!). I wore that mannequins face while everybody laughed their asses off. My big question is I want too know if by any fat chance that that was a show you may have recorded and have in your possession in the High Octane s archives, I want to see that and if possible get a copy of it. Thanks in advance Doug/Cassandra, I really need this if you can dig it out from the cobwebs inn the attic, lol!

Today Sunday 14/April showed me the true colors of your saloon. As a 26 year retired Army Veteran who served in Iraq. I was asked to leave your bar because i refused to take of my vest. because it had club colors was wrong. I have along with many of my other Brothers have worn are colors in your place before and was never asked to leave. But today you were busy and you didnt need my money. Great place to hang out, have some drinks, and enjoy the music! Unique garage themed Hot Rod and Biker Bar. Air Conditioned, Non-Smoking bar in the front with pool tables and a juke box. Large open "smoking" bar in the back with a big stage for a live band. Tatoo studio inside. Motorcycle parts and service out behind. Prices are reasonable and the drinks are quality. Vendors and "Carni" food can be found in the parking lot. All the food I tried was tasty and the $5 steak dinner is a great deal and comes with two sides.

Great place to go.3 bars always have good bands playing. They have a bar in the back with pool tables so there is a lot of room to shoot pool and a large stage and bar for the music with a lot of seats at the bar and a lot of table seating. And to top it off a big bar up front that you can go to and have just a good time talking with friends, family or you loved ones.its a all round good time. Very clean rest rooms. In fact the hole place is clean the owner and staff,bartender are all friendly

Ive been going to High Octane for about a year now and finally starting to realize why less and less people are hanging out there. The bartenders try to scam you our of money and drinks by charging you more than what you owe (taking advantage of people drinking).Its happened to me a few times and Ive had friends say the same. The bouncers are punks and dont do their job, but instead stand in the corner like creeps, gawking at women. Such a cool place thats turning into trash.

My experience was great with the dance instructor until it was time for the club to turn into a club.... and the dancing was taking place;....I am on vacation from Colorado and let me just say...High Octane Saloon will NOT be the place I will be visiting!!!!!!!!!! If you want to dance than PLEASE find somewhere else to go because this place WILL just stop you in your tracks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! dancing is NOT for Homosassa Florida :-( TRACY

Alot about bartenders ripping you off is true, Not to mention they charge premium price for Yuengling bucket at $14 I can buy a 12 pack for $10-$11. Entertainment can be good at times but mostly rock bands playing the same old crap. Need to get more bands playing some alternative music. Need to change the atmosphere in the back end to draw some younger peeps add some life to the place. Also watch the stop sign because the Citrus gestapo need cash!

One of the best and biggest biker bars in Florida. Never had a problem there. Large place, so you can be comfortable one way or another. Both indoor and outdoor atmosphere with different entertainment in both. Bike shop recently added to the venue. The food is very good. Drinks are standard pricing like anywhere else really. They do have good specials from time to time. Just an all around great place. I go as much as possible.

I always have a great time here! I come here every Sunday for Pot Roast. $5.95 pot roast mashed potatoes green beans and gravy...Healthy portions I have trouble finishing. The music is great! Big stage in the back bar with live music every night and DJ in the front bar. I invite all my out of town friends here and they always say what a great time they had! The waitresses and other staff always make me feel very welcome!

I really liked the open building bar with a huge garage door at either end of the bar. Food service though is below par ( served me cold onion rings but brought new hot ones ). The hot onion rings had real big slices of onion and were quite good. The burger I had was average. One more thing, the urinals in the mens washroom are exposed to the bar public when someone enters the washroom, poor design.

High Octane is a destination club, its a second home and the staff is incredible. They have the main stage with a great built on sound and light show, then they have the billiards room more like a relaxed sports bar, then the have the Dj room. Theres something for everyone at High Octane and before you leave be sure to stop in there gift shop and get something for the whole family!

Best place around and the food and drinks are very reasonable and especially for the atmosphere and all they have to offer. The chef came around and offered samples and I ordered the Cheeseburger and my wife had Chicken Parmesan and I must say both were amazing and the price of their food was very reasonable and portions were big.
