I ate there yesterday, February 16, 2015 between the hours of 1:30 and 2:00 pm and I regret it still. Spoke with a female employee there today, who could barely speak English, by phone and registered my complaint about the food. I will NEVER eat there again. Chose stuffed shrimp, meat in soft wonton wrap and for dessert, some "banana pudding", if thats what you want to call it. Also General Tsaos chicken. The meat in the soft wonton wrap and in the stuffed shrimp, was unidentifiable and it sickened me. When I asked the employee what kind of meat was in the wonton, she said, "I think pork". When I asked her what was in the stuffed shrimp, she said, "Im not sure". Im not sure either. Ive never tasted that type of meat before - it could not be identified. The General Tsaos chicken was an artless, tasteless smattering of possible chicken and thickly breaded. Bland mush; it tasted old and stale. So, disappointed; I asked myself, "They cant screw up dessert too bad can they?" The banana pudding tasted artificial and from a can. You could taste the metal. The pineapple was almost tasteless; couldnt bring myself to finish either one. After we placed our order, we didnt get a visit again from the waitress again to see if we wanted some more hot tea. And the place was empty except for me and friend and about four other people. The service was almost non-existent. The one waitress I saw as I left was rudely chewing on food as she walked across the restaurant and happily waved us goodbye. Another waitress/manager was chewing on a stick or something as she sat at her table. Bottom line: This restaurant is in a prime location, two minutes from Fort Jackson, where thousands of troops graduate yearly with all kinds of family coming in. It this restaurant would pick up their game, they could take care of the bills, hire a real chef and professional wait staff. But until then, the only thing this "Chinese restaurant" has going for it is the neon and the aquarium. I didnt dare venture into their bathroom.

My office is a short drive away and I make it a point to come by here for lunch about twice a month, and have done this for close to five years. I have yet to have a bad experience eating here in that time. The owners / operators are extremely nice. The food is always good and the many young ladies that wait the tables have always kept the tables clean of empty plates, and Ive never run out and waited on refills of my drink. Its not a Gourmet Oriental menu, but for a very good Chinese food lunch buffet, its DAMN GOOD !. I would not have continued to eat here for five years unless I was pleased with the food and service. Not only will I continue to eat here, but Id recommend it to anyone of my local vendor and customer contacts looking for a good place to eat lunch. .......Note To The owners here: Please dont change a thing. You guys are great and you run a great restaurant.

This is definitely one of my go-to restaurants. Of course, people have different taste in food. But based on my experience as an Asian guy, the food is tasty and the price is definitely reasonable if not agreeable. My family and I get food from there every month and I always look forward to eating there. Ive been to the restaurant for the past ...lets see, around 7 to 8 years and they have definitely improved a lot in quality. Yes, i agree that some dish are below expectations, but the majority of the food provided is good (too salty in some cases, but this is expected from all chinese restaurants). Would recommend others to go there.

food looked like it was old and had been sitting for a while so I decided to only get the seafood -- so guy stood over me as I fixed my plate during dine in - when I came back another time for take out the guy stood over me and then told me to put some of the raw shrimp back - when he saw that I was about to make a scene because I said loudly that there were no directions on how to fix my to go plate only that it had to close - he walked away and left me alone - come on now are you going to count everything on my to go plate!

I come here oce a month. It is a "healthy" alternative to fast food. Dont get me wrong, the food tastes good, however, it is NEVER hot temperature wise. All food is always very little, and barely warm. May be a health violation. But anyway, I am only in here once a month and its low price for a buffet. Wonder if they have a microwave. ???!!!

The food was ok- not as big of a selection as other Chinese buffets around. I got the buffet to go and the amount of food I got was certainly worth the $8 I paid. But the quality was, again, just ok. I agree with the review from BIllfred- it can be hit or miss. Ive eaten here before and it was stellar.

My over all experience knock my rating down 3 stars.....service was great...and the food OK for for fast food Chinese buffet....But I was shock to watch the staff take left over food off someone plate and put it back on the bar for someone to eat... Now thats bad business!!!!!!!

Stopped by for Lunch. The food was very good and very fresh. The Shushi bar was not stocked but the rest of the selection was well worth the $5.95 price tag. The restaurant was clean but a little worn out (probably from all the diners) but overall, recommended.

I was very disappointed. That food tasted like it had sitting out. I got so sick to my stomach. They charged me 19.33 for a meal I couldnt even keep on my stomach. I will never eat there again. They have just lost two of their best customers.

Guy who always works behind the booth/desk is awesome he shops at walmart all the time where I work. Has great customer service skills. Food wise this would be my second favorite chinese place but as far as customer service so far #1

Food wasnt as tasty as most buffets Ive been! The ice cream was the worst! It was like the machine was off at one point! It tasted rancid! Like it was spoiled! Never going back again!

Worst food I have ever eaten. The hot tea was cold and all the food at the buffet was cold, hard, tasteless and old. Dont eat here if you have any taste buds.
