Went there on a Sunday afternoon. We were the only ones there, which was nice. We picked the 10inch Chipotle chicken pizza and Caesar salad. The pizza was delicious. Not sure what the other reviewer meant when she said there was only one size to choose. There are three sizes of pizza and the topping prices depend on the pizza size. The place was squeaky clean and well decorated. When you come in, there are numerous flat screen monitors that show the menu and cycle thru example pics of the menu items. The staff was friendly. It is a little pricey so if you are planning on eating here often, keep that in mind. Every once in a while is good for us.

I was in love with this place untill yesterday. I brought a friend with me to eat and was her 1st time. Unfortunately our pizza was 1/2 burned so i decided to let the manager know and her answer was outrageous "this happens to me and others if we put the pizza out of the circle, next time let us know in the 1st place and we can make another" really? It was half of the pizza, why not make another half. So im supposed to pay for a burned pizza? Like really people. Why not pay attention what you are cooking. Check pictures. Im sure if the owner was there he would have done it. I will make sure the owner knows about this.

Ive been to Persona twice and I would say Im not coming back. Both visits I ordered two pizzas. The prices are too high. $11.00 for just a pizza and thats not including a drink. A normal fountain drink is $2.15. Please dont order a salad because youll be charged extra for cheese and other toppings. The pizza does taste good but notworth the price. I would rather go to Blaze or Uncle MADDIOS. Its a downer that there is one size only and no smaller sizes. Its just not worth the price. The customer service was barely there as well so this why Im giving them two stars.

Ok, but far better pizza in town. Notice that the pies look nothing like the picture on the menu ? The oie you see is actually with EXTRA cheese. Without extra, very skinmy on cheese. Crust too thick with no rims (unlike the pic)... seems they no longer know how to plow out the dough to be thin in the middle and have rims. Ingredients are pretty good, though a little salty. The main issue is lack of skill/desire to make the oies like the menu oicture, which is looks exactly how this style should look.

Persona is in good easy to find and easy to walk to location across from the state house. Its a very clean store from floors to walls and every nook and cranny. The sevice is quick and fairly simple to comprehend. The menu can be a little daunting for new visitors but the customization options are adaptable to even the most finicky eater. The only improvement to be made is a more active explanation of topping options so customers understand the freedoms allowed away from what is displayed.

The pizza was pretty good. I ordered the supreme pizza no olives add tomatoes and my friend had a build your own with arugula and mushrooms. The flavor was good but it was a bit floppy with my toppings. With a drink and tax I paid about $15. If you build your own its $8 plus $1.25 for every topping which I thought was a bit steep. The people were very friendly and accommodating but youre responsible for refills and cleaning up.

I was really happy to see this place open in Columbia since I had been to a similar type pizza place (& Pizza at Dulles Airport) where you can craft your own pizza with as many toppings you want for $10.14. Unfortunately this place charges $1.25 per topping, which kind of defeats the purpose of picking your own toppings for me. Kinda weird I can get a pizza in an airport for half the price of the pizza here...

Been here three times now, have to say that it seems like you no longer get a good deal for your dollar. All the toppings are torn apart and placed on your pizza. Salami should be round not tiny pieces. The calzone did not have sauce in it. Only a small dipping cup. I also believe if they cooked the pizza for 2 min instead of 90 sec they would not have such a black crust.

Highly impressed with this place. Trying something new, my girlfriend and I decided to stop in and try some wood fired pizza. We were met (and entertained) by the delightful chef Anthony. He best described the place as "Like Subway, but better. And with pizza." He was an amazing person to talk to and made the entire experience wonderful. I highly recommend this place.

I went, for the first time, on July 4th for their Independence Day special. The value was good. I would have liked more grilled chicken on the pizza than what I got. Also, the chicken had No seasoning whatsoever. If there was.... I missed it. The associates were pleasant and the location is nice. It was cool to see what they turned the old newsstand into!

Great food, fair price, and a great find. Got my pizza in less time than it took me to fill my drink, authentic wood fire taste, nice atmosphere, and free wifi. I highly recommend it. Plus there are other dishes if youre not looking for a personalized pizza. They have salads, wines and dessert. Yummy all around.

Took a pizza home and warmed it an hour later. Heated the pizza stone to 425 in the over and slapped the pizza on there for 3 minutes. It was delicious! Yummiest pizza ever! If you like a thin crispy crust, this is for you. Great addition to Columbia!

Blaze is way better and they had no idea how restaurant week worked. They offered me 2 beers and then asked the manager after and said never mind you get fountain drinks. Then charged me wrong. Id rather make a big pizza at blaze for $8.

Pretty decent pizza. They tend to under spice and under salt it. However, it turns out quite well. The gimmicky oven looks like a wood burning stove but its not. Its a gas oven. However the stacks of firewood sets up a decent illusion

The margherita pizza was fantastic; thin crust, light on the sauce, charred crust - just the way I like it. Probably the best pizza Ive had that isnt in New York. I will definitely be a frequent customer here.

Awesome pizza FAST. Very friendly staff as well. I go here for lunch often and eat half to take the other half home. Pizza is not greasy and they have quality ingredients you can see right in front of you!

Great pizza made fast. All these ingredients seem to be very fresh. The staff was very polite, and the prices seem fair. The star of the show is the wood burning oven. Cooks a pizza in 90 seconds. A+++

Expensive to add any toppings. No matter what kind of pizza you get, it always seems undercooked/soggy in the center. I recommend Blaze for wood fired, or Public House if you want to stay on main.
