Go to any other Ledos Pizza except this one. Manager S Rick Johnson verbally harassed my family and came out of restaurant and followed us to our car after we complained because the server forgot to put my sons order in. When we received our order our sons pizza was missing. The server said it would be out soon. Five minutes later still no pizza. The server said another order was put in before my sons was. In reality he was lying. I asked for the manager, and the server did not get him. He started laughing and carrying on with another server. I finally got up and went to the counter and asked for the manager. When the manager came out he said he was in the kitchen and didnt know what was wrong. He then started yelling at my child and me, making fun of my child and mimicking my speech impediment. We chose to leave the restaurant for our own safety and S Rick Johnson followed us out to our car, continuing to harass us. I told him if he took one more step towards my child I would press charges. He continued to walk towards my son, berating my family and I for daring to leave his restaurant. For your and your childrens safety, avoid this Ledos at all costs. There are other Yelp reviews and comments on Ledos Facebook page indicating other people have had problems with this manager.

Ya, not eating here again. I rolled in with a few of my friends for some good pizza and after a nice long wait we were finally served. At this point we were not aware of the foreshadowing as everything went downhill after that. The service was never quite able to recover and slowly continued to descend into the pit of despair. Eventually the food came and from the onset we questioned its integrity. The conversation tide was slowly shifting from the service to the food. The men were brave, and and hardly bit into each piece. However, at this point we were in full analytical mode and supremely aware of every taste and texture in our mouths. We collectively agreed this pie was some sort of edible- we hoped, cardboard. The texture solid at first, quickly soured as the relentless grease took its toll. The cheese, was a bit chalky and borderline acidic. Our creative surmise was that it was left out to dry before being thrown into the firey pit to liquefy again. Needless to say we did not eat much and as quickly as we wanted to leave we were detracted by the service. All in all, it was quite memorable in all the wrong ways.

This place is MEAN SPIRITED! Avoid it! I will be the first to admit that I did arrive at Ledos on 1319 Rockville Pike in Rockville ten minutes before it closed on 4/25/14. I know because the kid behind the counter told me that they were closing in ten minutes and he wasnt sure he could make the pizza. He checked with the manager and then told me they would make the pizza. It was anything special I requested just a medium plain cheese pizza. I didnt think it was a big deal but apparently it was for them since after all they were closing in ten minutes. When it came I didnt think to take a look at the pizza before heading home and opening the box. To my surprised the pizza was partially cooked and further cut into very neat 1 inch squares. Ive never seen them cut a pizza smaller and if you told me it was possible to do that I would have laughed. Well, Im not laughing. It was mean spirited to destroy the pizza experience like that. Pizza should be fun not mean spirited!

While Ledos tends to have decent food and at least a few good beers on tap, they have fairly dreadful service. If you want any type of attention, be prepared to flag down any employee you can find to get it - especially if there are more than 4 full tables in the building. The family with three children under 10 at the table beside us had to get up and go in search of someone to even pay their bill as they had been sitting and waiting for the waitress for at least 15 minutes. Every time weve visited, the manager has had to do damage control for the other staff and ends up serving our table the rest of the evening. While I appreciate the managers willingness to fix the obvious and constant issues after they are brought to her attention, this should not be necessary every visit.

I go to Ledos pretty regularly, and I have to say its mainly because of its location. I hesitate to eat dinner here because the service is TERRIBLE. I cant emphasize that enough. The same two girls, bartend and manager, wait on all of the tables. Tonight ROTC was trying to have a fundraiser, which I thought would prompt extra hands on deck, but alas, no. It was also karaoke night. My husband actually wrote on the check, "Tipping this low makes me sad. You need better service." The only thing they are ever prompt on is bringing and cashing the check. The food is OK, the service is embarrassing, and you get attitude when you complain about sitting unattended at a table for 10-20 minutes on a good night. I wouldnt come here at all if my friends werent loyal regulars.

Funny to read so many negative reviews since the wife and I go here all the time. Pretty sure this location is owned and mostly operated by one family. They usually have high school age kids working wait staff. Im not expecting stellar service, but I do get polite service from young people who are actually trying to do a good job. For the price I think the food and service is exactly what Id expect, and overall my experience has always been consistent. As to the one persons comment about the pizza toppings sliding off, I had the same experience with their "everything" pizza. You just need to ask them to make sure its crisp and they will cook it longer.

Lifetime Ledos fan here. Grew up eating it in MD and was so excited when they came to SC. Weve been to the Rock Hill Ledos several times, but weve finally had enough of the inconsistent service. Dont get me wrong, the food can be good if the phase of the moon is just right. But, the lack of service was really apparent, and our waitress was downright rude when we mentioned wed been there an hour without food. This is in no way a reflection of the beloved MD Ledos, just this Rock Hill location. Dont waste your time with this one, and dont let this one jacked up location taint your view of Ledos.

Im from dc so I was excited to find a ledos pizza in rock hill sc. Needless to say I went to pick up my pizza and the guy opened the box so I could see it and w slices were stuck to the top of the box the guy takes his hands and touch my pizza to pull it off the top (Im crazy about germs) so I asked are your hands clean and he says very (I didnt see him wash them after touchING the register or counter. I say okay I just won t eat those two. Got home and they switched around the toppings on the pizza. Needless to say this ledos need a lot of work.
