I semi-frequent this place, but I havent ever reviewed it. My bad. So Blaze is amazing. A-Blaze-ing. There is the standard crust, theres a gluten free crust, theres a new-ish high rise crust (that was probably invented to help contain the massive amounts of toppings they let you have here), and if Im not misinterpreting the signs, they now have a smaller size crust for smaller pizzas. Im not sure, and I dont think Ill ever be sure, because I would never get this option. Lol. So whatever crust you choose, you are officially stuck at that one price point. No matter how many toppings you pile on, its just one price. If there are too many topping choices for you, and youre bad at making decisions, they have quite a few pre-made pizza options that you can choose from. Like a white pizza, Hawaiian, barbecue, etc. They have normal marinara, spicy marinara, white alfredo sauce, and a pesto sauce for your base. There are a bunch of cheeses, too, like shredded mozzarella, goat, feta, ricotta, etc. Then, the meats. Two kinds of meatballs, ham, bacon, chicken, pepperoni, etc. The meats are the premium item, in my opinion, so its still impressive that you can ask for as many as you want and extra of some stuff. Tons of veggies like mushrooms and onions and green bell peppers and roasted garlic and little cherry tomatoes. You can also choose a drizzle for your pizza for after its done cooking. This place is awesome. Please, come here.

For a busy, and sometimes crowded spot, this pizza business has it together. Of course not the same best, hard-working super flexible customer service will be available each time, but over all its good, causal, and is great for anyone to try. Preferably its much better to come during less peak periods, so its much less like a Chipotle at lunch hour. The options for dough, sauce and toppings are quite enjoyable, especially high rise. For some reason the gluten-free crust is not as well as it could be, so it could use improvement. Aside from food quality, the place is not an outstanding competition (yet) in a popular food item such as pizzas, but I can give props to the time it takes to bake in clear view with a fired oven. Obviously it is a trendy, college majority location, but the interior design, space, visual aesthetic atmosphere are all comfortable and attractive enough to keep you and others around.

Been to Blaze Pizza a couple of times and I really like their pizza and vegan options. I was excited to take my brother whos never been before. When we went up to the dough station the girl who greeted us said my shirt was DISTASTFUL. She wasnt kidding. It was a Jurassic park tee shirt and she declared that Jurassic world was far better.... Not only was I embrassed by her comment, but also it front of my brother as this was his first impression of the customer service. Made the rest of the meal there awkward and not enjoyable. My brother loved the pizza just not the service of this certain employee. Usually everyone else is very nice , but I wont be going back unless my brother is here and insists on going.

This is my favorite pizza place and Im a connoisseur. I like it because of their whole concept build your own or so I thought. Everybody use to be so pleasant, welcoming and gave recognition for coming in as often as I do. Lately the customer service has gone way down and Im very dissaponited. The managers seem like their trying to cut on food costs the way they treat me because I prefer extra toppings. I literally get attitude every time now even from the managers! If they dont want you to literally build your own they should tell you that or just charge extra because Id rather pay more for the pizza I love so much than get mistreated for it.

I am a pizza connoisseur and this is by far the best pizza place I have ever experienced hands down! Rene and Matt are amazing they know me by name and make my experience unforgettable every time and Ive been a regular since they opened. I was running behind and hesitant to order over the phone because I figured it wouldnt be the same but Rene made it literally the best one Ive had yet and even had it ready for me when they were closing! Made my day and so appreciative that they have such a wonderful staff that accommodates me above and beyond! I will be a regular customer no matter the distance! Thank you sincerely, Cass

My wife and I frequent a lot of pizza places looking for good gluten-free pizza. While there are quite a few places in Orlando that have GF pizza often its pretty pricey. At Blaze the GF pizza is $11 but its however many toppings you want no extra charge. That was a nice change. The pizza was decent but not the best. My regular pizza was good as well. Its fast food pizza so I wont complain too much. Parking is usually in the garage since theres not much out front. Decent alternative to some other GF pizza places.

Ick. All the good reviews are from clueless college kids who dont know anything better from ketchup. The service if you want to be harassed by a bunch of rude college idiots this is the place. I guess since were not 12 we didnt get the best treatment. The pizza is ok. It gets soggy if you have too many toppings. First pizza I got from here was good the others were bad. Guess you cant trust young rude people to make a pizza for you. Wont be back

Amazing addition to the UCF area! Employees are extremely friendly, welcoming, and efficient. Also the food is delicious and they use very high grade ingredients. At this point Ive been going so frequently they pretty much remember me and make me feel at home. I used to love going to Lazy Moon down the street but this place just stole my heart! (Yes I am a HUGE pizza fanatic).

Factory extruded pizza dough of terrible quality, tomatoe sauce (for some reason called red sauce maybe to suggest it had never actually seen a tomatoe) which is horribly sweet, and shredded mozzarella - how disgusting, plus they allow people to make the most pervert combinations. At least they do not serve you a fat cake drowning under ugly sad parody to cheese.

Love this place! Its like Chipotle for pizza. Custom made to order as you make your way down the line. Its usually pretty busy but the wait is never that bad, and the line moves pretty steadily. The food quality is pretty consistent and Ive never had a disappointing experience. Highly recommended if youre looking for something quick and easy.

Its like a Chipotle for pizza. You can pay a flat rate and get however many toppings youd like on a thin crust personal pizza. The base of the pizza was decent but they really make for it in the toppings, which taste like quality. Service was quick, and the restaurant was very cool and clean.

Great place for a pizza. Plenty of recipes to choose from or create your own! You could eat the whole thing yourself. You could also split one with one person and get a side salad. Tip: try the spicy red sauce. It has just enough kick but not so much as to kill the flavor and fun.
