I ordered from this pizza place earlier in the week and the experience was fairly pleasant. I decided to order tonight and tried placing an order around 9:50 for a deep dish pizza. The guy on the phone, Alberto, made me feel like I was putting him out by asking for a pizza because "they closed in 5 minutes" and I told him I lived literally in the neighborhood behind the shop. I asked for the deep dish, he didnt ask what toppings and I had to stop him to say what I wanted. I wasnt looking for anything hard, 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2 onions, to which he asked if "I was really going to get there in time." Again I repeated I live right around the corner. I didnt realize they closed at 10pm, its a pizza place down the road from a college campus... Ive worked in the food industry for the last 5 years and understand late orders can be annoying, but Ive never felt it acceptable to acknowledge that to the customer. I was asking for something that the previous time ordering I was told was already made and just had to run through the oven so I didnt think 10 minutes would be an issue. Ive worked for another pizza chain and can say with certainty they are never allowed to turn down customers or stop making pizzas before closing so Im really disappointed in this chains lack of customer service. I canceled my order for fear theyd do something unsavory. I plan to call the manager, but since I work a day job I will probably be dealing with the same unenthusiastic man that did not want my business to begin with. In addition- I found out the man I dealt with, Alberto, is in fact the Manager. If the manager is wanting to check out of the store before closing who knows what the employees are doing.

I loved my expierience at Little Caesars!!! Many helpful people, great pizza, cheap prices, and they offer anything that you would ever want/need from a pizza pie and or chain. If your looking for a place that has EXTREMELY helpful cahiers, phone attendants, VERY delicious pizza for low prices and enjoy picking from many different selection to put in or on your pizza... Little is the Caesarsace place for you!!!

Well there was no table and chairs not a one. The pizza in a box that I got was reasonably tasty and quite inexpensive but both I and my guest had stomach issues that night and the next day. I am sure that if this happens to someone else we will see some more posts and I cannot be 100% sure as to the cause

I have gone there several times around 8:30 & they tell me that i have to pick from what they have there made because they have already cleaned up! When they dont close till 10:00pm They need all new staff that actually appriciate having a job and are thankful for it.

Ive been there at 5 times during the time frame they offer the lunch special and it is never ready. I live in the neighborhood right behind the store and it would make for a quick lunch on my way to work .

I would give this place a 5, however it depends on whos working when you get there. 9 times out of 10 its a great experience. Clean, friendly, good food. Would recommend to anyone who likes pizza! =)

The service was decent and so was the pizza; nothing stellar, but nothing stellar expected for the price. I had a pretty good Hawaiian pizza, and the wait time wasnt too long. :)
