pizza was great, fresh out the oven. everyone there had to wait for 10 minutes for a hot and ready pizza. the air conditioner is broke or something, it was cooler outside than in this place and that is not ok for the workers to be sweating while theyre taking your order. her face was flushed and it looked like she had been hot for quite a while. i understand that i am in florida, but that being said air conditioning should be a must in a state this hot. please fix this.

I called the phone rang for about 30 to 40 times. Had to call back got a answer after a couple times. Ordered was told about 15 got there a little early paid wasnt done. So I went next door to get my wifes wings. Went back wasnt ready .About 30 minutes after i ordered still wasnt . A lady 2 tickets later got hers it wasnt right she left mad . The management mad excuses. Then talked behind my back as I walked out.

Called ahead for a hot and ready order, made 2 stops on the way and still waited 20+ minutes. In that time I watched these 2 young girls (bless their hearts) running the place, cooking all orders, handling the phone, boxing orders, and handling the register money, flipping their beautiful long hair (they did have pony tails atleast) and rubbing/picking their faces, never once washing hands or wearing gloves.

Still the same foul mouthed, disrespectful, dirty place it was 2 years ago. This place should be shut down by the health department and all the employees shipped to a career rehabilitation camp to be taught basic customer service and proper English.

Called at the last minute to have a large pizza order ready. Got there a little early. Staff was very friendly. Food was quickly out, gave me a bag of cookies and two orders of crazy bread for my daughters 6th birthday party. Thanks a lot guys!

Called in pepperoni pizza got there didnt have my order so I waited and waited finally asked did you forget abut me they did didnt get a sorry or nothing never going there again customer service sucks plus waited 45 min

Was busy fell a little behind. They were working really fast to maintain the flow of the unexpected rush. Apologized for the wait, which was not a very long wait. Very good staff and well done job!

you get what you pay for. slow service, RUDE servers, OLD dried out pizza looked like it had been sitting out all day & tasted even worse, dirty bathroom & counters. Highly NOT recommended!!!
