After waiting a half hour in the drive thru, I decided to get out of line and order at the outside window. It took them another 45 minutes to get me my food. So, after waiting over an hour to get food, and my order being wrong (twice), a fight broke out among a group of college students and blood got in my food. When I asked them if they would replace my food, they said no. When I asked for a manager, I was called a b***h and no. Then after arguing with multiple employees, one of the police officers on duty went to get the manager for me. Then the manager refused to remake my food because it wasnt their fault. When I asked the manager for the name and number of her boss, I was told that was none of my business. At this point, i knew I wasnt going to be eating there. I handed all my food back to the manager and asked for my money back. She said that she couldnt refund me because it was after 4am and they were closed for the night. She the locked the window and walked away. I was now with out food and the money I had paid for it. I have never seen such poor treatment of customers in a restaurant in my life, and I work in several. If I could give this place no stars I would. I wont ever be returning.

I went tonight after work at 2am. Amy who took our order was so nice and friendly. The others, not so much!! Since it was late, the lobby was closed and we had to order from outside. They didnt give me a fork with my slaw so I went up to the window to get one. I stood there for a good few minutes with people looking at me. It no one helping me. When I was finally helped it was not with a good attitude. The girl barely even wanted to help me and stared down my wife. I later went up behind a guy at the window to get a refill on our drink. The lady that greeted him was nice to him but when I got to the window she stared at me and started to shut the window. When she realized I wasnt going away she finally opened it all the way. She barely acknowledged me and was very rude to me. You could tell she didnt want to help me at all. But yet, she was nice to the guy in front of me of a different race than me. I was discriminated against for being white and being gay. I will NEVER go back again!!!!

Its a Cookout, so you know what to expect. The food is frozen and thawed, just for you. Service is good and they have 2 drive throughs which keep things moving. This is an absolute hotspot after midnight on weekends because all the drunk Five Points kids come here. Cant tell you how many times Ive watched intoxicated kids stumble into the morning while eating my chicken at 3am. Its not great food because its cookout and its scary because of all the drunk and violent people outside. Get a DD and have them go through the drive through.

Its Cook Out. First and foremost its fast food so it can only ever really deserve 1-3 stars, but what makes Cook Out special is the price. It is a college students best friend: cheap, fast, and just the right amount dirty so you feel a special connection to the place. It isnt dirty in the sense that the kitchen is unclean, rather that it feels like it isnt trying to be more than it is, and in a way you have to respect that.

Food was good and so is the atmosphere. Sadly I had to go back to the counter 3 times to get my order right and in the end I was missing 2 sandwiches at almost $5 a piece. Service is garbage, rude individuals argue with you about your order after just taking it in front of you. All in all the food is fine but the service and moral is bad, just plain bad. Wouldnt recommend to anyone.

Worst service ever. I work in customer service and I would never treat a customer how they treated me. They were rude and disrespectful. They laughed in my face and made snide comments on what I was ordering, and I was only ordering one milkshake.Im never going back to that location ever again.

Great food with a great price, and they are open super late! Only reason why I am not giving it 5 stars is that it can get extremely crowded and have to wait about an hour just to place your order especially late at night when all the college kids are hungry.

The website says they close at 5am. Thats definitely not the case. I guess they just close whenever they want... The food is terrible. You would think theyd at least make up for it by being open when they say they are haha

Cooked to order so its not crazy fast but pretty good. God prices and taste. Lo e that its open very late. I work 3rd shift and its hard to find some place open for the days you dont feel like packing a lunch.

As a northerner, I wish we had a fast food chain as good as Cook Out. This ones on the edge of five points and gets a lot of the night crowd but still awesome food and quick enough service.

Good food, good milkshakes, good service, good prices. Just generally good. Burgers are sometimes just a tiny bit hit or miss. Sometimes really good, other times a bit under the mark.

Service is non existent at peak times. Waited over 20 minutes for a shake...stills waiting. If youre reading this, there is a chance that we are still waiting. Very frustrating.

The drive thru service can be pretty awful at times. But aside from that the quesadillas and Cheer Wine floats make up for it! Open late too for those late night cravings.
