Dean says he is the manager, Dean is not very helpful. Dean has to get approval from the GM for all major and minor decisions, They must just leave the phone off the hook because it took about an hour to get through. The food cannot be made to order, that requires a GM I assume. The cute girl who took my order got it right!!!! Its the jokers in the back, reheating everything in the microwave, they cant read or just dont care. The girl who is named GENERIC2 on the receipt should use that smile, personality, and body to do anything else but work for BURGER KING. She will go far if she does. THIS REVIEW COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED! I asked Dean for refund because it says on the receipt "Our goal is YOUR SATISFACTION" Clearly I am not satisfied ! $7.07 is all I wanted, this is what $7.07 worth of bad advertising looks like !

Cherry Road Burger King Dear Management, I am writing due to prior experiences at your establishment. Every time I go through the drive through I wait about five minutes to get my order taken, then with no cars in line I wait 15-20 minutes to pay for my food and extra minutes to receive my food. I never get an apology for my wait. I would suggest young your staff and have more efficient training program. I like your establishment, I just do not want to continue to go to that Burger King. It is also affecting my view as Burger King over all. I am hoping you can fix this problem and that I can get a response back within the next week or so. Thank you for your time.

I have never experienced such a disrespectful manager in my life. My mother just got out of the hospital from shoulder surgery on Monday. We had just left the orthopedic office and my mother chose to eat at Rock hill. My parents and I all order #10 combo Grilled chicken. We was unaware it was not real chicken but a pattie. I returned mine and my mothers. The manager Kim side its not my fought you didnt like the food and refused to refund our money. I explained about my mother and I needed to hurry and go and for find her something else to eat. With left with no refund. I am very hurt!! Never will I go back to Rock Hill Burger Hill!!!

Everytime I come here, they are rude, disrespectful and get my order wrong!!!!! Ill never come back. This time was the worst!! I stood at the front counter for 5 minutes waiting for someone to come take my order. Once she finally walks up she takes half the order, holds her finger up and walks away to start with an order for the drive thru. Finally someone came to finish my order. Also, the drink machine is always out!!!! And when we use to go through the drive thru, we would get some of our order in and they would never let us finish ordering then give us attitude! WORST BURGER KING EVER!!! NEVER COME HERE

Well, this has to be the worst BK Ive ever eaten at. The girl at the counter seemed very irritated to be taking an order. She just came to the screen, punched a couple buttons and stared at me. I guess this was my cue that she was ready to take my order. When I asked if she was ready I got a sarcastic "yes". When I asked if someone else was available to take my order because she had no business dealing with the public, the manager who was standing there beside her seemed unconcerned and took my order. This will be my last trip here...

Waited 5 min to order and we were the only ones in the building Saturday morning 10am. Overcharged, made the food wrong, had to repeat myself 4 times as the clerk acted high and couldnt hear, the manager on duty seemed clueless, the drink machine hadnt been cleaned in ages. Horrible experience! Glad I dont live in this area as I wouldnt eat Burger King if this was my only option. Only giving one star because it wont let me post with no stars.

This place will mess up your order 50% of the time at least. Tonight I ordered 5 bacon cheese burgers with no pickles and a 10 pc nugget . I got 5 cheeseburgers with ketchup. I guess they made up money for the nugget special by not giving me bacon on my burgers. They wrapped the burgers like they had bacon so I almost think this was done on purpose.

Restrooms were horrible, service was ok. At least the food was warm. The trash was so full it was spilling out of where you throw away your trash. There was 6 or 7 employees sitting near the trash receptacles and not 1 of them made an effort to see that they were dumped. Tables and floors could have used a good cleaning also.

It doesnt take much brain power to work here. Have a pulse and youre hired. Staff doesnt think because God forbid that you actually try when it comes to customer service. Staff is rude, and extremely ghetto. Ghetto as in has no manners and doesnt know how to talk to customers.

Clean restaurant with a good team attitude.. clear leadership from the GM and assistant... positives attitude along with genuine interest in the customer and their needs are all things that I observed when I stopped at this restaurant this afternoon. Keep up the food work.

These are some of the nicest people Ive met. Im not too good at getting around. These Burger King employees actually carried my meal including drinks to the table for me. It was a 11 dining experience on a scale of 1 to 10. The food was delicious also.

The wait was over 20 mins In the drive thru so we were stuck. The food was cold. The girl serving us smelled horribly of liquor as soon as the window opened. Terrible service. They forgot half our order. Horrible.
